Someone is using the tanning bed trash cans as bathrooms. Before any video was reviewed i was called and accused. They claim IT couldnt look at the video?Ive never been accused of anything Like this - completely unprofessional. The motion light was on when i walked in. It was a stand up but if the beds arent cleaned after each occupant why are we paying? JT called BACK to tell me he was in the wrong for the accusation as he FINALLY watched the video and sorry "his employees dropped the Ball" That doesnt cut it...dont blame them....i was with them since they opened a year and a half ago. I wont go back because they dont clean they rely on the members and the sani sprays?!?!?

Horrible. They say that they are for the community but they are no better than the other corporate gyms. Reason behind this is because I was supposed to come in 7 days before the monthly bill was charged to my card. My kid was sick so I couldnt come up. I came in 3 days shy of a week and they still charged my card even though I told them my story and that I hadnt been there for 2 months and still got charged for it. I had the same problem at Golds and they refunded me. I do not recommend this gym or at least the one in Eustis. Please be mindful of false advertisment they are not for the people just how much money they can suck out of you

We have been members of Planet Fitness going on two years now and have had a great experience each time we go. If your looking for an amazing Fitness place to go that wont break the bank and that has well maintained equipment and facility, look no further ! The Staff is amazing and they always seem to go the extra mile to make sure your well taken care of !

The staff is great! The hydro massage is great after a workout. No loud annoying weight lifters or grunting allowed. Only thing I dont like is I wish people would respect the policy of the circuit room and not use the machines for the regular reps. There are machines out on the main floor for that. Be courteous.

Dont Waste Your Money Here. Awful. Plenty of parking and my husband and I rely on these gyms for our health while driving a semi..we are clean and respectful but the security made us violate our DOT to leave despite having 2 blackcard memberships for years. And explained that we were using the gym.

Nice facility was visiting from another state. Very clean, friendly staff the design is a little cramped but there is nice variety of equipment. The patrons arent overly friendly like other planet fitness gyms it felt more like a Golds gym but its a nice away gym.

Pretty awesome place. Ill be around for a while getting back my basic training body. The hydromassage is by far my favorite part. My bad back and shoulder make it hard to run or even walk for long, but the hydro beds definitely help. See yall 2marra!

Just joined this gym with my boyfriend. We were both kind of hesitant about joining because my boyfriend was concerned with it being too crowded and feeling uncomfortable. The gym is always reasonably quiet and very clean. We are loving it so far!

The facility was clean and the staff was attentive, knowledgeable and polite. Looking forward to the next No Commitment sale. At that point Ill sign up. Promising income I dont yet have for services such as these seems silly.
