El servicio al cliente es pésimo, el gimnasio no es muy grande y el equipo no es lo que yo esperaba pero lo peor de todo es el servicio al cliente. La persona que me atendió no me explico absolutamente nada solo me dijo que llenara una información (nombre, dirección y firma) y nada mas ni me oriento sobre la programación de las clases ni sobre los equipos ni siquiera donde estaba el baño. Su cara de ser poco amable fue bastante desagradable. Solo use la trotadora y me fui !! Y creo que no vuelvo, prefiero gastar gasolina y guiar un poco mas pero que haya un ambiente agradable. De todos los gimnasios que he ido este ha sido mi peor experiencia. The customer service is terrible, the gym is not very big and the equipment is not what I expected but the worst of all is the customer service. The person who attended me did not explain anything at all just told me to fill out an information (name, address and signature) and nothing more. He do not explain me about the programming of the classes or the equipment or even where the bathroom was. His face being unfriendly was quite unpleasant. Just use the treadmill and I left !! And I think Im not going back, Id rather spend gas and drive a little more but theres a nice atmosphere. Of all the gyms I have gone this has been my worst experience.

This place is atrocious. Im sorry maybe its just me but appearance goes a long way, and when I walk into a "health" facility and I see their trainers eating McDonalds on multiple occasions, I just dont know what to think. I used to be a member there for 3+ years and after I received an email to write a review I told them how I honestly felt. Keep in mind I did not go out of my way to let them know, they asked my opinion. The owner, Bruce, then called me up (even though the survey was supposed to be anonymous), and proceeded to yell at me over the phone asking why I am bashing his club. All I was doing was giving a little constructive criticism, and again you asked for my opinion. I have never felt more abused by a business owner than by Bruce. You asked my why I bashed your club, and I did that anonymously, now I feel that it is time for people to know. Bruce has harassed multiple female friends of mine while entering the gym telling them to sign up for bootcamp, and bootcamp this and bootcamp that. Its funny I was a member there and was never asked to sign up for bootcamp. There is a reason that females have gyms for just their sex and it is because of people like Bruce. I apologize that you did not like my review Bruce, but you asked for it, I apologize that I cant find a local place to try and get healthier. I hope you change a bit cause in the end it is all about trying to get healthier and live a longer and happier life, and thats all I was trying to do.

I wasnt going to post a review but after reading some of the others I decided I would. The owner of this facility - Bruce Klein - is disgustingly rude and it is quite scary. When I came in to ask about the free trial that is advertised on the website, he told that it was not offered at this location. When I asked why it was listed on the site he told me I shouldnt bother coming to look at a gym if I cant afford to join. He got really aggressive and when I left, he followed me to the parking lot to watch me get into my car. This is apparently normal behavior for him according to other reviews. Pretty odd man, seems to enjoy talking down to people and making them feel threatened for some reason. When I contacted corporate, they made it clear that they had control over him but were apologetic for his actions. Even though it is independently owned, corporate should take more ownership. Anytime Fitness has lost my business until I can go to a gym without fear of being threatened.

The gym is OK but the music is super loud. I know that this is a gym but the music is so ridiculously loud I cant hear my headphones. Im not here to talk Im here to workout but screaming, "HOW MANY SETS YOU GOT LEFT?" gets old...Members are screaming at each other trying to communicate. If only loud music burned more calories. Its like theyre trying to compensate for not being a real gym by blasting music and having the group exercise instructors scream at the participant at the top of his lungs. Stupid....I do enjoy being on the second floor looking into the McDonalds parking lot while running on the treadmill. Equipment is old. Needs to be updated. Limited machines and hammer strength pieces. Biggest biggest complaint besides the insanely loud music? Lacking stair climbers.

Extremely disappointed with the management at this location.... They are extremely uaccommodating and unwilling to allow trial passes so new members can be sure this gym is satisfactory to your needs! This is the closest gym to my home, but to be required to pay $50 just to test the facility is just astronomical! Both golds and la fitness offer trial passes for locals, and if you want to pay for 1 week it is extremely more reasonable.... There were 3 members of my household that were potentially looking to open a membership at this location, but because of the unreasonable policies of this gym, we will all continue to drive 40 minutes out of our way to Orlando..... This is not a good way to gain new members....

The owner (Bruce) is highly unprofessional and misogynistic. He was rude to me when I first inquired about a membership and when I asked him to be respectful, he denied me a membership. How is this anyway to run a business or just treat people in general? I dont recommend this location to anyone. There is a Planet Fitness not too far from here and even another Anytime Fitness 10 minutes down the road in Clermont - go there instead, its worth the drive not to deal with this poor excuse of a business owner who is clearly overcompensating for something and is choosing to take it out on people trying to join his gym.

There are many things that I love about this location. I have always found the owners to be responsive to my concerns. Also, they have a relatively large free weight area integrated into the facility which is bigger than many Anytime Fitness locations. I like the fact that they "rotate" music styles on the overhead speakers (I must admit that it drives me crazy when patrons play there own music as well, but the owners cant control that especially late at night when I exercise). The location feels very safe and its nice to have it located near a Publix grocery.

Convenient place to work out. Entire top floor of the building is the fitness center. Lots of machines to choose from. I can usually find a time to go the isnt crowded at all. I like being able to drop in anytime. Other reviews amaze me. Loud music is played in aerobic room and can be heard in gym. So what. Extra equipment and items downstairs have nothing to do with the experience at the gym. Gimme a break.
