I have been a member on and off for the last 4 or 5 years. This place expanded is a very positive manner and very pleased with the over all staff. The wealth of experience there is very positive and I trust all the instructors. The only thing I can say that could be better at times would be I do feel that the conditioning classes could be a tad more aggressive at times. Maybe make a easier class and a more aggressive class? even still I like the different works out instead of the standard weights and basic work outs. I like the whole switch up method. If your looking to up your game and cardio drive this would be a excellent place to check out and give it a go. I used this place to do all my cardio before I had entered the fire academy in mid May - July (hottest months of the year) and with the conditioning I had acquired from Strong style I was at the top of my class in conditioning and had the top 3 time for my agility test. (2 mins 15 secs) for those who dont know standard times at around a 3 min mark would be where everyone tends to fall, still a respectable time at around 4-5 min mark is decent. anything higher is terrible. In my opinion. just a quick reference As for the boxing classes, Definitely a solid foundation within strong style and holds very strong roots to the basics. I would definitely recommend anyone to go there for the boxing without the shadow of a doubt. The Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu there is by far my favorite. An amazing group of guys to teach and answer questions to the T. also there is also a incredible turn out of people who show up so you dont have to go up against the same people every time. Again going back to the switching up method I personally like. Also definitely a good range of skill sets going from white belts to black belts to truly test your skills. over all a month at Team Strong style would turn you from a wad of cookie dough to being carved out of wood if used properly

I love Strong Style. I have only been a member for a short while, but this place is awesome. I have been a member of other gyms. The Strong Style fitness center offers all of the amenities that other gyms offer at a price that is (at least) relative or cheaper to other establishments. The vibe of the fitness center is perfect for men and women who are serious about training/fitness. You won’t see anybody here doing curls in the squat racks. The martial arts training center is world class. The coaches and instructors are renowned for their skills and clearly love their jobs. A simple google search of the coaches at Strong Style will tell all you need to know about how much they are respected in their particular area of expertise. My son loves going to the Karate/MMA classes. Each child gets one on one interaction with the instructor. Also my wife and I started taking the Strong Style Conditioning classes. These are definitely not for the feint of heart. I haven’t had such a powerful workout since high school football conditioning. Fans of home workout programs (like P90X or Insanity) will love Strong Style’s conditioning classes due to the variety and intensity. The classes welcome all fitness levels. Everybody supports each other. You will absolutely achieve your fitness goals if you train Strong Style conditioning. However the thing that really makes Strong Style special is the atmosphere. Getting to train next to world class fighters, and interact with world class coaches on a daily basis will motivate you to obtain your goals. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to train with real people, achieve real results, and maybe try something new. When you train at Strong Style, you truly feel that you are a part of something special. Those of us who train at Strong Style know that we’re gonna make it...

Training at Strong Style was something that Ive dreamed about for the past 4 years. I registered for a free 1 day pass, but ended up coming into the center a week earlier and just signed up as an all access member. This was the best decision that Ive ever made in my life. The facility is very professional. Two huge mma cages, two boxing rings, and a large open mat area for grappling. In my opinion, the staff here is friendly and they make you feel like youre at home. I started on a Wednesday and came back Thursday to continue training, and some staff members greeted me by saying my name. That right there alone was special because this gym has over 100+ members, so for a staff member to actually remember my name made me feel good. Its a very friendly environment here and family oriented. I can go to any part of the gym and find friendly people to train with or workout with, so thats another plus. The trainers are the real deal here. Rather youre training muay thai, or brushing up on some bjj techniques, the trainers are seasoned at what they do. I also like the fact that all access members can schedule 4 private training sessions with any coach that they want to train with. Its a very professional atmosphere at Strong Style, but you can still be loose and be yourself and have a good time while learning true skills. If youre looking for a total gym that has MMA classes, BJJ, boxing, wrestling, conditioning, and a full fitness center, Strong Style is the place to go. Not to mention the huge showering facility they provide their members and the sauna. Seeing the flags of Strong Style fight team members hanging over the mat area is inspiring to me. If i was able to give this gym a 10 star rating, I would.

The facility is extremely clean and well kept. I attended the boxing class at Strong Style and i absolutely loved it. But there was one major flaw with the class; The instructors. Dont get me wrong, they taught me the basics of boxing, but they never gad any kind of enthusiasm. On of the more memorable instructors was a young, early twenties man named "Casey". Everytime i attended the class, i walked in on him either flirting with a girl who had only been there for a day, or talking with other, higher skilled boxers. Not once he asked me "Hi, whats your name" or "how are you". I felt as if i was invisible and unimportant. Just a stain on your white tee shirt. The only one who spoke a word to me was some golden gloves boxer who said "you gettin tired shrimp?" when i was taking a break. Nonetheless, i havent talked much to the owner, but he seemed very nice, the facility is great but the people there wont even spare you a passing glance unless your a fighter. All in all i give Strong Style a 3 star rating rating. Good facility, not so good attendance. I left there a while ago to look for better teachers. Hopefully they will take my existence with a little more enthusiasm. Thanks you - wold not recommend the boxing class - good facility to work out in - clean

Excellent staff and facility. Ive been a member since September 2016 and have had a very positive experience. Ive been to several other facilities in NEO for boxing and MMA and Strongstyle is by far the best. The instructors are friendly and patient, and the other members also friendly and outgoing. There are all levels of people training here from people who have never thrown a punch to the UFC heavyweight champ of the world. The gym is split into 2 sections, one side with tons of weights and fitness equipment and the other side geared towards combat sports with bags, tons of mat space and a few rings/ cages. Classes go from early morning till later in the evening, and are offered all 7 days a week. The monthly rates are pretty standard for most big MMA gyms ive been to around the country. I absolutely recommend it to anyone who wants to get fit, pick up a hobby or even train to fight and compete
