After just one week of Paul Bowmans No Excuses Ladies Bootcamp, I am already seeing results. I have lost 4 POUNDS in just 5 days, but thats not the only thing Ive noticed. I already have 10 times the energy Ive had for years, and my depression and anxiety has started to fade. This might sound silly, but I have noticed an improvement in my academic achievements in college because of the extra energy bootcamp has provided. The positive and uplifting atmosphere this bootcamp provides is another thing that motivates me to keep working towards my goals. I would highly recommend this bootcamp to any women willing to put in the effort and start LIVING! I cant wait to continue my fitness journey at this bootcamp with such amazing women and wonderful instructor.

I am a diabetic. I was on 3 diabetes medications, blood pressure medication, cholesterol medication and thyroid medication. After 25 days of boot camp, I have lost 6 inches from my abdomen and more inches all over. The best part is, Im off blood pressure medication and only taking 1 and a half of the diabetes medication. The support and encouragement from the other campers made me not want to miss one class. The instructor, Paul Bowman, gives exercises for every level and like he says daily "Do your best and your best gets better." He is super knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition. Im signing up for another month!

Love Pauls training methods! Each class is fun, unique, never boring and always feels like a great workout! He takes a "whole person" approach - looking at food, fitness and mental well being...which is key to long term success. I love the no pressure approach of "do your best and your best will get better". Would highly recommend these classes to ladies of all ages and fitness levels.
