Did a trial membership today and of course its always a little strange trying to acclimate yourself to a new gym but once I got into the groove of things and saw what equipment they actually HAD rather than knock them for what they didnt have I pretty much felt like, "ya know...I can totally see myself being a member here"...and Im not gonna lie, from seeing the website and seeing the place initially I couldnt help but think, "this place really feels like its trying to be like Planet Fitness..." but after I gave it a deeper look I realized that, "ya know...maybe it IS trying to be like Planet Fitness....but BETTER!!!". And BETTER it was...its like "oh...PF wants to only have 75lbs DBs? Well well up that to 95!!" "PF doesnt want barbell benches and squat racks and T-bar rows? Well WERE gonna have them!!" Not to mention an aeorbics room that has classes, actual personal trainers (not just 1 per club that one works fixed hours), better hours, more equipment and variety (and the list goes on)....now im not knocking PF by any means but what I AM saying is that the ONLY thing stopping me from being a member and joininh immediately after is that its not close to me by any means (35 mins drive and only decided to do it because i had an errand to run in the vicinity)...the staff DID say theyre opening up one in Orange Park in June...now if I can find any info on if thats actually true and exactly when and where Id be more than happy to join IMMEDIATELY!!!

Nice gym while youre continuing your account. When you try to end your account, they charge you ten dollars which they call a cancellation fee, but its honestly just a small gouge for money. Talked to some male desk attendant over 8 days before I wanted to cancel, and he told me hed call me back with more info 30 min later. He never did. Further, because they require me to bicycle myself all the way across town to sign a sheet of paper, and I have zero income now with which to afford a taxi or uber, theyre charging me for the upcoming month though I wont even be there anywhere on that side of town. Its unacceptable. So Im going to cancel the bank account they draw from.

This is a terrific gym. Clean, clean, clean—the equipment is being cleaned by someone constantly, no matter what time of the day Im there. Locker room is immaculate. The employees are always friendly and helpful. The equipment is all brand new. They have every machine and weight-room accessory that anyone could want, and enough of everything that Ive never had to wait.

*******WARNING:******* Watch for over Billing and a lot of hidden small fees and the yearly annual fees is 12 months and not 8 months the year, it should be your first day signup and not 3 months after you sign up...thats how they get you....very deceptive common practice for this YouFit Co. I would not recommend this Health Club for they signup screwup fiascos

All the equipment is well kept beacuase this is a new facility. But their WiFi is a joke, to the point you cant even listen to Pandora while working out. They have headphones in the display, but dont sell any. And on top of all that, they have had no water bottles for sale for weeks.... I wouldnt recommend this facility to anyone.

Overall the facility is nice however I wouldnt recommend automatic debit from your account. There is a $10 cancellation fee (to stop withdraws) however I was still being charged two months after relocating to another city. There was no urgency in rectifying the situation hence the reason for the low rating.

This is the worst experience. Not only did they not have personal trainers when I could train but trying to cancel is insane. They lost the cancellation confirmation. Charged a $10 fee. I had to put a stop payment in the bank and they still tried to take the money out!

I absolutely love this place. The staff greets you with a smile and are very knowledgeable of the equipment. I enjoy watching television while working it out on the treadmill. Give it a shot!!

These people are being unfair about a CANCELATION I paid for....this is why I was reluctant to give my account info in the beginning! I never went through this with any other gym.

I love it and this is my first gym membership ever. They may not have a sauna but they are good...they should get a sauna though.
