This is the worst place Ive ever done business with. I signed up with the Garfield Heights, Ohio location. Minutes later my account was depleted. Someone charged every cent I owned at Barnes and Noble. I called to cancel my account and was given a hard time about cancelling over the phone or online. Mind you I opened the account online. A couple years later (5/15/2016) I opened another account. I figured the account was closed. I got there and this young lady rudely told that I couldnt utilize the gym without paying for the past membership. And that they shouldve never allowed me to sign up for another account. I never even used the other account. I cancelled it about fifteen minutes after I opened it. Now Im shopping for another gym. I will not be ripped off. I never leave bad reviews. No matter how bad the business. So you know theyre horrible. The only reason they got a star was so I could leave a comment.

I am really sad that I did not join this gym sooner. Last year I drove all the way to Beachwood to go to Lifetime. While Lifetime does have amenities and classes the truth is, I just need to get on the elliptical and lift weights and work out my body during the winter months. This is so affordable, clean, and well-maintained with a great clientele. These other reviews are confusing to me because this extremely clean. The staff are normal people. I have never had to wait for anything even during their busiest hours. It is just ridiculous that I did not avail myself to this gym sooner. For what I paid Lifetime for one month I could have had a year long membership at PF. I am enjoying it now and you should too. A shockingly straightforward and great gym right in your backyard. Thanks PF.

Good: The gym is clean. Prices are low. You can bring a guest. Tons of treadmills and bikes. Bad: Workers seem bored. Not many weights. An alarm sounds if you drop a weight by accident. Ive seen personal trainers on their phones while training, which definitely doesnt look good. Could be a stopwatch though so Ill give the benefit of the doubt. And they give out pizza. Overall seems like a good gym for anyone looking for something cheap and nearby, but if youre willing to drive an extra 10 minutes there are better gyms out there. But nonetheless, its worth a check out to see if its right for you.

Garbage place ran by lazy staff who arent trained what so ever. Girlfriend got an interview there, early morning. She gets up at the ass crack of dawn to shower and get ready to look her best and be prepared for the interview. So I wake up early to drive her...a 25 minute drive mind you just so she can go inside and be told, "my manager forgot, can you come back after 2?" Lol. Sorry, no she cant. I wouldnt want her work there regardless because clearly none of them are at all dissaplined.

Im confused on why people are saying the things they are saying. Havent had a bad experience here at all. I know a few people who had none of the issues described in other reviews. No problems canceling. I mean if you choose the $10 membership, they tell you what you get with it. Truthfully thats your fault that you dont get more. Ignore the stares and the "critics" if theres a problem. Do what you came to do and dont worry about others. Great gym. No complaints.

I pull back on my statement about it being a nice place to go and the staff being "kind" after I no longer had my membership and was coming as a guest they started asking "have you been here before" with every visit and I really dont feel welcome but I also need to work out...so Im feeling stuck. On top of uncaring staff the members arent very decent with the machines breaking them and you name it. This place is awful.

Dont feel welcome, and i have a problem with my account so i have been trying to call to speak to smoeone and they never ever pick up there phone i dont care what time i call!! So i found out that solon square planet fitness in solon road is THE BEST TO GO TO THEY ARE SO FRIENDLY AND CLEAN..TRY TO MOVE MY MEMBERSHIP THERE..I BEEN GO THERE ANYWAYS SINCE I HAVE THE BLACK CARD

Womens bathroom stalls are pretty dirty, someone needs to come in and dust the containers that hold the toilet paper. I swear every time I Go there, I go in a stall and its just dusty, dust buildup for months, like no one cares to clean it... I bet you its still dirty. Other than that I like it, it serves its purpose, convenient hours and great equipment.

I like my membership a lot. It does get a little busy at prime times like 4-7. But if you go any other time you will pretty much have full access to anything you want to do. If your going to the gym to work out. this is the place to be!

I love Planet Fitness. The employees are courteous, the facilities are always clean and the equipment is always working properly. Also everything is very accessible. I never have a to wait on a machine or any of the equipment. 5 stars!

Ive been a member at Rocky River and transferred my membership here. I love the staff! So nice, very quick checking in and answering questions. This location is clean and plenty of machines, never a wait for anything. I love it!
