Greatest 30 minute workout ever! It never gets old and the best thing is there are no class times...you just show up whenever you want and youre done in 30 minutes. Amazing staff that pushes you beyond your comfort zone and teaches proper technique at the same time. Im so glad I found 9Round!

I was hooked after my first workout. The trainers here are fantastic. They are constantly pushing you to your next level. No class times to have to fit into your schedule. You pop in, sweat like you never have before, and are out in about a half hour. Plus, punching things is great.

I contacted them to see if my husband and I could drop in while on vacation, we belong to a 9Round in Orlando. (we would have paid a fee ) I got no answer :( I have lots of friends in South Florida I could have referred. We will be running on the beach instead, I guess.

9round has been a great gym for me. I love that there is no class time and that I am totally spent after just 30 minutes. JR and his staff offer intense, customized workouts that make you feel as if you have a one on one personal trainer. Im hooked

I love this gym! The fact that there are no set schedules so you can walk in and start whenever you want is extremely convenient, it leaves little room for excuses not to go! The staff is also very helpful at your stations with motivation.
