THIS GYM IS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC TO WORK OUT IN. THE GYM IS ALWAYS SPOTLESS THE STAFF IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AND EXTREMELY PROFESIONAL. THE GYM HAS PLENTY OF PARKING SPACE AND IT IS VERY SECURE. THE GYM MEMBERS RANGE FROM EVERY CLASS AND ARE SOME OF THE NICEST PEOPLE AND EXTREMELY POLITE TO EACH OTHER. EVERYONE I HAVE MET IS THERE TO WORK OUT AND TO HAVE A GOOD TIME DOING SO. THE NEW OWNER IS EXTREMELY MOTIVATED IN MAKING SURE ALL OF THE MEMBERS FEEL SAFE, WELCOME AND SECURE. THEY OFFER A VARIETY OF NEW SMOOTHIES THAT ARE ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS AND VERY WELL PRICED, ALONG WITH OTHER POWER DRINKS, PROTEIN DRINKS AND REGULAR SODAS AND WATER. THE GYM IS NEWLY PAINTED AND NEWLY RENOVATED ON THE SECOND FLOOR FOR ALL KINDS OF NEW ACTIVITIES, SPIN CLASSES, YOGA, AND ARE TAKING ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS THAT THE MEMBERS MAY WANT TO BRING IN TO THE GYM. LET ME TELL YOU THE PLACE IS ALWAYS SPOTLESS, THE BATHROOMS ARE CLEAN AND THEY DO NOT TOLERATE ANY TYPE OF MISBEHAVIOR BY ANYONE. IT IS DEFINATELY A VERY FAMILY ORIENTED GYM AND EVERYONE IS VERY RESPECTFUL OF EACH OTHER. I HAVE MET THE NEW OWNER, HIS NAME IS CHRIS FILIPPELLI AND HE IS AN IFBB PRO. AMAZING PERSON, VERY DEDICATED TO THE SPORT OF BODYBUILDING FOR OVER 30 YEARS AND NOW DEDICATED TO HIS GYM AND WILL MAKE IT AN EVEN BIGGER SUCCESS. ONE OF THE THINGS THAT I DEFINATELY NOTICED IS THAT THE GYM IS VERY CLEAN AND SOMETIMES TOO WELL AIR CONDITIONED, SO IF YOU LIKE THAT MISTY SMELL OF A GYM YOU ARE NOT GOING TO FIND IT HERE. THE MACHINES ARE VERY WELL ORGANIZED AND YOU HAVE NO PROBLEM FINDING ANY TYPE TO DO ANY WORK OUT YOU WANT, FROM LIGHT TO HEAVY EQUIPTMENT IT IS ALL THERE. EVERY TYPE OF CARDIO MACHINE IS ALSO LINED UP FOR YOUR CONVINIENCE IF YOU WANT TO DO A CIRCUIT TRAINING. I HIGHLY RECOMEND FOR A BEGINER THAT THEY HIRE A CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER (ALL OF THEM ARE) IN ORDER TO GIVE THEM THE BASICS FOR THEIR TRAINING GOALS. I BOUGHT 10 CESSIONS WHICH WORE VERY RESONABLY PRICED AND I DEFINATELY GOT MY MONEYS WORTH. THEY TOUGHT ME STUFF THAT I DID NOT EVEN KNOW ABOUT, AND I HAVE BEEN WEIGHT TRAINING FOR OVER 10 YEARS. IN ANY CASE, IT IS A GREAT PLACE TO GO WORK OUT, THE HOURS OF OPERATION ARE VERY WELL SUITED FOR ANY TYPE OF SCHEDULE AND IT IS A GREAT PLACE TO MEET PEOPLE AS WELL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT OVER ANY OTHER GYM IN THE AREA, IT IS A FAMILY AND A FRIENDS GYM.

Fantastic gym!!! I am a figure competitor and found this gym while visiting Fort Lauderdale from the fitness Mecca--Southern Cal. I was thrilled to find this gem of a gym. It is a serious gym with outstanding equipment--beautifully maintained and unbelievably clean. While there are lots of intense muscle fanatics at work, the gym has a diverse clientele and the friendly vibe is welcoming to all ages and fitness levels. The friendliest gym ever--no snobby trips. Tim and the other desk guys are enthusiastic and fun and the owners Chris and Jeff go the extra mile to make this a top notch gym with all the best, state of the art equipment. I found every gym toy imaginable. The gym even offers wonderful spinning, yoga and fitness classes, and the personal training with Joey Zinn matched (or even exceeded) the best IFBB pros I have worked with in SoCal. Reasonable rates for daily, weekly or whatever length and NO annoying sales pressure whatsoever. This gym made me want to move to Fort Lauderdale!!!!

In January I paid in full for a years membership and in JUNE (6 months later) I was stopped after I scanned my membership card at the entrance and the female manager told me that I dont have a membership and needed to pay for one. When I protested and told her Id paid in full with their employee Joshua, she said that Joshua had actually stolen peoples money and not given them the membership (but how did it not show up for 6 months? So sketchy) and she wasnt the LEAST bit apologetic and instead kept saying to me "I hope you learned your lesson, honey." WORST experience ever. they didnt offer me a free day pass or anything. Said they didnt owe me a thing. Find another gym people, this one isnt worth it.

Good body building gym. Minimal equipment for a powerlifter. There are two squat racks, one is terrible, one is decent. Minimal bar choices, plenty of weights available. Towel service is included. Was not crowded on a weekday afternoon. I would drop in again if I was in the area, but Id look elsewhere if I lived in the area. However, there is lots of equipment if youre interested in working individual muscles!

Have been a member since 2002 and Still loving it. There is not much negative one can say about this place and it really does make my day that much better every time I step foot in this place. The owner and staff is very friendly and take note to any comments you may make to them. They are good about keeping all equipment in top running shape.

One of the best gyms I have joined. The staff is friendly and helpful in answering any questions I had. The gym itself is for serious fitness people, has a great relaxed atmosphere, friendly members, clean equipment and great personal trainers. I recommend my friends to join this gym as the year contract is a great price.

This gym is definitely not for everyone. Its geared more to the old school body builder who enjoys the feel of a small neighborhood gym. I would not recommend going here if you want a large selection of equipment or would feel intimidated.

Awesome place if you want to work out and not have to stand waiting for a texter finish holding up the machine youd like to use. Staff are super helpful and the members actually return the weights. Love this place...

Great until you try to cancel your membership. Took several days and over 20 call attempts to get someone to answer the phone. I was told they cancelled my membership and I continue to get charged. Feeling scammed.

Love my gym. Not filled with people on their phones. Serious equipment for people who want to work out, not socialize. Weekday afternoons are quiet and perfect to get on any machine with no wait.

Good gym, my trainer Kimo was terrible tho. cancelled due to Kimo not really knowing what to do with me. Plus he doesnt really fit the "trainer" look. Much happier at Zoo
