Ok. The salon itself is relatively clean, friendly hairstylists. I had lowlights and a full cover and asked the color to be like Marcia Cross s which is fiery copper. I showed two pictures of her. We agreed on the price. in 10 mins the hairstylist came back and said it will be not 55 but 75 additional on the top of what I had. I really wanted the hair color from the picture so I agreed to overpay. At the end I appeared to be a colour of an eggplant which has violet color and not even close to copper. I showed the picture and the owner agreed the picture of the hair color I asked for was different from what I had. BUT THEY STILL made me pay for the hair color which I didnt ask for and now have to recolor again. Thus I paid for their mistake with color and now will have to pay someone else to take this eggplant color from me on the top of it all! Sorry, terrible attitude! Making people pay for what they screwed. I will have to fix it paying again! Shame on you. :( worst 259 I ever spent in my life! Hope at least to like the keratin. ..:(

I just got my hair cut and keratined here, and it was wonderful. Dilenia is great - very sweet and did a great job! She made sure I was comfortable, offering drinks, checking in on the temperature, even offering to change the music to something I would like. She also gave the best shampoo/scalp massage Ive ever had. My only complaint is that as she was the only person in the salon, she had to interrupt my service to answer phone calls and deal with walk-in inquiries. She was super apologetic each time it happened, and I recognize it was out of her hands, but get that lady some help! Overall, I love my hair and will come back here again.

If you are looking to get a new hair stylist. Alexis at Hair Las Olas is excellent. She is talented in many different things and does a great job. I have always received numerous compliments on my hair after she has worked her talents on me. I would recommend this place to anyone. Another area I would like to comment on is there customer service. Marco, the manager went over and beyond to accommodate my schedule to get my hair done for a very important event I had the following day. He rearranged another appointment to get me in at a time that worked for me. Now that is excellent customer service. Thank you!!!

Wow!! This place is so amazing! Marco and Yohana are wonderful!! I do hair myself and was visiting from out of town. I needed some serious hair therapy but you never know what you will get. They instantly made me feel at home and like I had been coming there all my life. Yohana is an amazing stylist and gave me a beautiful cut, color, blow out, and memorable time in her chair. Marco the owner was welcoming, warm, kind, and genuine. Will be back every time I visit Fort Lauderdale! :)

This place is terrible, and I believe the owner Marco, is disreputable. I would warn any perspective customer to be wary of aggressive deliberate over charging. Other reviewers on this site seem to have experienced the same gouging. My price was discussed and upon check out Marco more than doubled the agreed to amount. It would be a CO$TLY mistake to patronize this establishment. I am so incensed that I am filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

Ive been getting hair cuts and keratin treatments here for about two years and have been very pleased with the results. I had a bad (orange) balayage at another salon and was apprehensive about getting my hair bleached again, but Yohana did the most beautiful highlights in my hair. I have Latina hair, which pulls orange but she was able to get it the perfect blonde color. Im in love with the result. I highly recommend her and this salon. =)

Hair Las Olas is by far the best barber shop Ive been to my whole life. Ive been there for almost a year now and my haircuts looks better every single time. Edgar is the master barber who never disappoints me. I always leave as a satisfied customer. (Thought it would be be too expensive for me being the Las Olas location). Not at all. They were more affordable than my salon in Aventura, and brought my hair back to life again. Alexis is amazing. I was in Fort Lauderdale on business and needed a haircut badly. I have gone to the same stylist for 20 years, and would never have tried a new person. I did, and I am glad I did. She did a great job with my new do. The only disappointment is that I wont be able to go back unless I travel back to Fort Lauderdale!!!

I LOVE MY HAIR! I got a keratin treatment, highlights and a cut and I am so impressed. Dilenia was so sweet and did an absolutely amazing job. Hands down the best haircut I have ever had. Went to see Sasha for a hair cut and blow out. Had a great experience. She took her time and was very professional. She took the time to understand the texture of my hair and did not just starting hacking away. The salon was quaint and clean. Love my haircut and will definitely return.

Yohana is an awesome hairstylist/colorist... shes very knowledgeable on/skilled at on trend/up to date techniques. I loved how she did the balayage on my hair! Plus she was super attentive... she took the time to walk me through the entire process and picked the best options for me.

Received a very nice haircut, the stylist was patient and wanted to make sure that I got the cut that I wanted. There was no pressure to buy products which I really appreciate. The keratin process was suggested and explained,again with no pressure; think Ill go back and try it.
