If I could rate this salon lower then 1 star I would. Now I am not usually a person that leaves review, good or bad I usually dont leave reviews , always tend to forget. But what this salon did is unacceptable and VERY unprofessional. I live in New York, I am in Miami this weekend for a friends wedding. I made an appointment with this salon 10 days prior to my arrival for hair and make up even got a price on the phone, I also received a confirmation text yesterday morning from the salon and I confirmed it. I come the day of (today) to the salon at 2 pm (wedding is at 530) for my hair and make up. The front desk girls tell me they are unable to locate my appointment, already frustrated I show them my text messages from the salon confirming the appointment. They are still unable to locate it , i am patiently wedding for them to have a solution to the problem like a professional salon would. I am explaining that I need help and was counting on them bc the wedding is in 3 hours. The stylist then said the girl who probably made the appointment got fired, but how does that effect me I made and confirmed my appointment. It was so rude, they didnt even try to accommodate me. Said sorry once but that is absolutely ridiculous. Thank god there is a much better salon next door called Classy salon and they understood and took me in and were in shock that prestige who call themselves Shai salon could behave that way with their clients. I am still shocked, disappointed, and upset . What if I didnt find anything. It is VERY unprofessional rude and arrogant. Will never come back here and will never refer anyone here. I came there on a referral and look what happened. I am disgusted with this salon and their attitude. Spend your money elsewhere , where its appreciated and they have a great service. Stay away! Rude, unprofessional , disorganized, lost and confused !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I stopped at this salon for a mani/pedi on the day when my usual salon was closed. The place looks pretty nice from outside and in no way did I expect the terrible, (even life threataning!) experience considering what you can contaminate from unsterile tools used by a sloppy manicurist. Not only she should not handle any sharp objects but she cannot even apply a polish evenly. I ended up removing the nail polish and reapplying it myself. What was even more frustrating is the way I was treated by management about this situation. Not only I was still charged for an unfinished mani (I interapted the process and went to the reception to communicate my dissatisfaction since the manicurist herself only spoke spanish....) my request fro coffee while Im REDOING my own mani was ignored and I was clearly not welcome anymore... That given that I PAID AND DIDN"T MAKE ANY FUSS not to scare any other of their clientelle... What a terrible terrible experience! I waisted my time and money and even was a little traumatized:) BEWARE!

I used to come to Prestigie salon for more than a year and today I was surprised with Jorge and Noelia just because I would like to use some coins (10USD/25c) and they just told me that the business doesnt accept coins been very rude to me telling me to go to the bank. As Im already making this comment; once I called to Prestigie salon, Noelia answered the phone and told thats no professional that do wax. Im so sorry but she doesnt speak English and they do wax and have the professional. I really like the person that do my manicure and pedicure(Gio) but Im not coming back here. I can see thats no selective to find the professionals inside this salon. Looks like a party! And dont forget.... Coins are money as well!

High quality service by highly trained staff with the best products! They are very accomodating . I am extremely demanding and always come out very happy with the services. After many bad experiences at many " famous" Salons, I wont go anywhere else but Prestige
