Terrible! Had an appointment with Jackson but when I got there I was switched to Jacoria while Jackson took a walk in! I just wanted a root touch up and she went super blonde and now its very orange. The rest of my hair is darker, and now its streaky and patchy as well. She offered to fix it which would take another 40 mins at least and she wasnt sure what color to mix to fix it! Her "technique" of blow drying hair was nothing like Ive seen, like she didnt know how to use a round brush. She tried charging me $75 which I refused and negotiated on paying half Bc I felt bad... Obviously she didnt feel bad for me to not charge me for something she didnt know how to do and now I have to find someone to fix it! It was in the evening o a weekday so I was faced with having to go to work looking like this! Btw, I usually go to the Regis Salon in the Wellington Mall with no issues and I thought all their salons would hire competent people. Also, the salon was not busy, very messy and dirty, nothing organized in drawers and their "tools" strewn about at every station. I will never go back to this salon nor will I ever recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the time, money, and a ridiculous look!

So much for hospitality... I told the woman cutting my hair exactly how I wanted it and even showed her a picture. She showed no interest in paying any attention to me and didnt talk to me once while cutting my hair. She had me turned around from the mirror, so I was unable to supervise what she was doing. I had never been to one of these salons so I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt. BAD IDEA! My hair looked so terrible that I started crying. She offered no apology, and still charged my full price. I felt the overall service was rude, and that the woman didnt enjoy her job; this came across in her overall professionalism and snotty attitude. Very disappointing.

Thank you Regis Salon @ the Gardens Mall for the outstanding service i got ( cut and color), special thanks to the hair stylist Fadey for his professional, outstanding, and friendly customers service, my hair was old fashion cut style and the color was pail change into a shiny with healthy look, fabulous color which is match my face and my skin color, I completely look different and younger, thank you again Fadey you did a great job ....!!!!

Disappointed. The girl didnt take my suggestions on the cut at all. It turned out ok. But Im not picky with hair really. Some areas uneven . I told her what side I wear it to and she said I am going to go to the other side... um no. Also stabbed my neck over 10 times with the scissors. Needless to say not going back. Her name is Jacoria. Was careless, seemed rushed and didnt seem to care.

I went to Regis salon in the palm beach gardens mall and I just want to say Fadey who worked on my hair has some great talent! He is the only one that is allowed to touch my hair because I completely trust him to experiment and do what will look best. He takes his time and does really good cuts. Since I met fadey I dont let anyone do my hair. Let him show you what hes got.

in all honesty, this salon has the friendliest and sweetest people i have ever met. Although, there was only one person that really stuck out for me, a hair stylist named Fadey. He specializes in women and mens hairs. He is extremely talented, very respectful, and professional, but sweet. I, personally, choose not to spend my money on anyone else.

I tell all of my friends to come here for color. Fadey in particular is the only hairstylist I trust with my hair. Hes basically the closest thing to a magician when it comes to color. Ive gone from blonde, to chocolate brown, to a "bronde" balayage and it always looks perfect and natural afterwards. Ill never go anywhere else!

Fadey does only amazing work. He has worked on my hair a few times now and no one else is allowed to touch my hair. Not only does he do great things with color but gives an actual true hair cut. He makes me feel comfortable to try new ideas. Overall he is amazing and has great talent.
