I went in looking for an angled haircut from the back to longer in front. They gave me a bob instead, and it took an hour because it was uneven and she had to keep trimming - twice! There went my trying to grow in my hair! There was also a young girl (5 maybe?) whose mother was cutting hair, and the mom kept yelling at her daughter to sit down, stop running around, shut up, dont touch anything, etc, making it unfriendly and definitely unprofessional atmosphere. Worst part? I expected to pay 16 for the haircut, and a few more for the blow dry which the girl insisted on. it was $46 - 16 for haircut, 20 extra for blow drying, and they couldnt explain the rest when I asked so they took it off and charged me $36. Still overpriced for me not getting what I asked for and bad area. Next time I am trying the other salon in the plaza which is 35 anyway for cut and dry, but an actual salon. Well see how that goes!

I had Tracy and she was horrible. She does not know how to cut hair. She cut way to much off! And the added layer and put a huge step in my hair!! The back of my hair is uneven. I was so frustrated n a Tracy wrote me off saying she had to go. So Charles helped but not really be Tracy messed up so bad!!!
