My husband and I had a couples massage here. We were a little nervous because we had never had one. I had had half a dozen or so massages before but husband had never had one. I can honestly tell you, it was more than a massage. It was a complete spa experience. From the moment you walk in the door, you feel welcomed and made comfortable. The receptionist was so friendly and warm. The attention to detail was outstanding. We were set up with lockers in the bathroom and were given luxurious robes and sandals to wear in a private waiting area with hot tea, water, steamy wash cloths, and refreshments. It was delightful to wait, although we didnt have to wait long. The atmosphere is so relaxing. Jodie and Sarah, the massage therapists, were so professional and very friendly. We were afraid it would be an awkward experience but it was not at all. They made us feel so comfortable. The massage itself was perfect. Afterwards we werent at all rushed. We were able to sit in the private waiting area as long as we needed to get hydrated and relax. There is literally nothing negative i could say about our experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an opportunity to relax and connect with your spouse.

My first experience with Stonewater was a much needed brow wax. I had been working 70-80 weeks and didnt have time to keep them well maintained. I couldnt find a single salon that would fit me in with almost no notice. When I called Stonewater, Daryl worked hard to get me in that morning. Before I arrived I was concerned I would be rushed through and they wouldnt take the time to find out what I wanted. I was wrong. Alicia found out exactly what I wanted and took the time to do it right. I scheduled another appointment with Alicia to do my hair just two weeks later. When I returned I again felt relaxed, and was able to get exactly what I wanted out of it. Alicia made my hair look AMAZING. I have never loved my hair. It has been unmanageable, heavy, frizzy, and sad for quite some time. Alicia give me a new style, and found a way to make it look sleek, light, and beautiful (even when I am at home). I will be returning. Their prices are in line with other salons and spas in the area and their service is incredible.

The people that worked there were really sweet but its way to much ....105 for my roots and a trim .... like what? They didnt do everything I wanted my sister contacted them telling them what we both wanted done we come in there thinking atleast a 6 hour appointment ...they give you 1-2 hours thats it and not to be rude .... my hair is red it shouldnt be 65 for roots and its only been a week and my roots are already back to brown ... it was just disappointing to think everything was going to get done when really nothing did at all my sister wanted an ombrea the lady gave her highlights that look like fading highlight she told my sister it was going to look natural but arent ... and the rescheduling was also kind of upseting they said it is going to be a month and all they were going to do was roots and a tone .....great people just not worth going back for me ...thank you tho for your services...

Ive been going to Stonewater Salon for my haircolor and cuts for quite a while now. I also had a fabulous facial in the Spa. Every visit was wonderful from the time I walked in! The reception area is beautiful and Im always offered coffee or some yummy Aveda tea - LOVE that stuff. Ive never had to wait more than a few minutes. The complimentary stress relief treatment before my haircuts is so relaxing. And Christina never disappoints with my haircolor or cut. Shes the best! As for the facial, Rachel knows her stuff and her 60 minute "facials" are much more like a facial/massage. I could not believe how relaxing it was. Fabulous!! Cant wait to try a massage and mani/pedi!

I am a frequent customer of Stonewater Salon and Spa. All of their services, from massages and facials to the salon services, are simply OUTSTANDING. The staff is top-notch, and the quality of service is impeccable. With extra treats, like the Stress Reliever treatment at the beginning of every hair appointment and a hand massage during a conditioning treatment, they really know how to pamper their clients. I always leave this place loving my new look, and with a feeling of total tranquility and relaxation. They are hands-down the best salon and spa in the Pittsburgh area!

Massages with Jodi are fantastic. She is definitely the best. Had a pedicure and manicure there and would never go back for that. First place it is way over priced. Secondly, after paying $90 for a mani pedi, I certainly thought it would be a relaxing experience. It was anything but that. The young girl who did mine was very good. However, someone else was getting a mani pedi and her manicurist along with mine and the lady she was working on were so loud that it was a bad experience. Stick to the massages with Jodi. Couldnt ask for a better massage.

Just attempted to make an appointment. Woman answered and I requested a pedicure. She told me my phone cut out and I repeated myself, she asked if I wanted a certain type of pedicure that I couldnt understand because she cut out and when I asked her to repeat herself she said hello? I answered, but she couldnt hear me, but I could hear her complain and say "well fine just hang up on me" and answer another line. I was still there, but I am not calling back if thats theor idea of customer service. Sorry Stonewater you just lost a new customer

I went there for the first time to have my hair cut to donate to Locks of Love, July 17th. The staff was amazing and was told many times how awesome it was that I was donating. I am excited for my follow-up appointment at the end of August, and trying out a few of their other services that they offer. They have amazing customer service and feel that they have the most up to date systems of notifying you of your appointments. Not to mention that the space is beautiful and very calming.

I cant even begin to tell you how much I love this place! Anytime Im looking to book a deep tissue massage, a facial, or a salon appointment, I always go to Stonewater. Jodie gives the most amazing deep tissue massages, and Angela is the best hair colorist ever! The owners, Alicia and Daryl, are the nicest couple, too. They always make you feel at home. I recommend Stonewater to all of my friends and family constantly. Highly, highly recommend it.

I first visited Stonewater for a massage as a gift from a friend. My massage with Jodi was one of the best experiences Id had in forever. Since then, I visit as often as I can for a massage with Jodi. Its always pleasant and peaceful. The salon itself is calming and relaxing. The employees are all courteous and accommodating. They are all focused on the same goal, the customer. Thats what makes Stonewater so special.
