I normally dont like to right bad reviews. But i am so sick and tired of them messing my hair up. They are the worst! They are terrible! students and the professor both are careless and they shows no passion are care for what they do. Everytime I go there I come back regretting my decision. I keep going back for the convinced and also to give them the benefit of a doubt. But again and again failure! Even when the professor step in. This time I went to get my hair term down into a style, even had a picture. Both the professor and the student worked on my hair. By the time they where done I was bald and my hair was chopped with bold spots. My nine months old can do better then what they did, it was no where near what I wanted. It was damaged beyond repair. Please dont waist your time and hair!

The WORST experience of my life... I would never recommend anyone to go there... Their communication with each other sucks... The girl wasnt even able go finish my hair because the teacher wanted to go home... It was to the point she was told she wasnt able to do anything else to my hair...They sent me out with wet hair... And now you call them to complain and they will not return your phone call... Im glad to see this is how you send your clients out! But elishia is awesome!!!

Some days are better than others. Overall, the students REALLY care about doing their best. Sometimes they are nervous when doing something unfamiliar (like clippers or braids). Be prepared to spend more time there. Its so inexpensive, you can get your hair, mani, facial, pedi... etc... for $20.
