Then, there are those who you will swear perhaps because of FATE are beyond gifted souls and are more like angels on earth because from the moment you say “hello” they are looking out for your best interest. Meet Luiza! I was in search of a new home in Florida and prior to meeting Luiza I had already spoken to at least five other realtors, but all of them wanted to guide me down a path of their own interest and to boast of their great real estate careers. Not Luiza . . . she knows how to listen beyond words, and goes beyond the day to day usual business communication timelines to keep her clients up to date as if she herself was in the same mindset as her client. That is, what is important most, I experienced was her need to know I was going to first be happy, that she would take care of my needs fully as an agent, that she would use her professional real estate wisdom to maximum benefits in my favor to make all pleased with the transactions and not just in any way go for the goal of achieving a self-interest commission. In my opinion, Luiza is definitely a real estate angel. I have bought and sold nearly a dozen properties in my lifetime and I have never encountered such a completely honest “fight for her client” agent. If she was lawyer, she would be famous and on TV. Im sad I couldnt put any stars because this place is a spawn of Satan itself. We have been waiting for carpet to be put in for over 6 months and Matthew never follows through with what he says, we moved in under the impression and THE lease that everything was going to be taken care of. HE EMBEZELED OVER 600 DOLLARS FOR CARPET I NEVER RECIEVED! Do NOT go through these people they have broken the lease numerous times and it is unlawful and inhumane to its Tenants. TAKE YOUR BUISNESS SOMEWHERE ELSE! We have been living in cock roaches for months, his favorite last words are "Ill take care of it". PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME, MONEY, HEADACHES AND LOSS OF SLEEP.

Unscrupulous. Is it not fraud to tell the buyer for several weeks and in writing that their offer is accepted and then sell it to another buyer? Unethical to conveniently lose the keys to the house, give false key codes, and not answer phone or email so other agents cant show the house? I waited to complain until I learned that two of my friends had these experiences as well. Homeowners and banks, this is how this office is servicing your business. Buyers, you can find a better agent anywhere else.
