My husband recently took our vehicle in to have a bit of rust repaired around the top side of the windshield. As he checked on the vehicle throughout the course of their working on it, he noticed they were all of a sudden prepping the front passenger fender for paint. The headlight assembly had been removed and repainted (husband had just done this in the past month so now it did not match the other headlight) and we were told they were waiting for a turn signal seal. My husband asked what had happened to the vehicle that they were doing a bunch of additional work, and was told nothing. When we got the vehicle back, the entire front fender had been repainted and now no longer matches the rest of our vehicle. The passenger turn signal is broken and pieces of it are missing and the chrome on the passenger headlight assembly is scratched and dinged. Our all original 84 van is now very different than when we left it. We understand that sometimes things happen, however the inability of those working on the vehicle to tell the truth and explain what had happened, angers us. And to top it off, they tried to charge us extra for the extra work they did to our vehicle AFTER THEY WRECKED it in some way. When we returned home and tried to close the glove box they had left open, the locking mechanism fell off and we had to repair it. We will NOT be back and will NOT recommend this business to our friends.

They took my car in for what I was told was a 5-8 week paint job. My car was there for over 8 months. They never finished the car but took my money. I had to take my car off their property because they left it outside disassembled. Engine got rained on and cabin was flooded with water because they had the windshield out, hood off, hatch off, and the t-tops off. They left the cabin flooded for weeks. The rain killed my mass air flow sensor, engine computer, brand new head unit and more. They never once offered to replace what their neglect broke. I didnt even get all my parts back from them, they lost over a dozen items along with every nut and bolt for every body panel. These people wont own up to their mistakes and will just lie to your face everyday. Save yourself a lot of stress and go somewhere credible. Taking my car there was the biggest mistake Ive ever made. The body shop that is painting my car now told me all the "work" gulf coast collision did to my car is worthless and everything needs to be redone. Ive never left a review for a business in my life, this experience was so bad though I had to warn others.

My car was hit on the drivers side damaging from my bumper to the door handle. I dropped it off on Monday and it was finished by Thursday! It looks spectacular, like the accident never happened! I couldnt be more pleased. The entire team made the whole experience a pleasant one!

Down to earth humans who know their trade well. Be it from with the tricks [cheaper shortcuts] to the truth [theyre not trying to sell you anything]. Highly recommended!
