This place scammed me bad. Michael Washington did it. The master cylinder on my clutch went out and I had it towed there to be fixed. At this time I didnt know that it was the master cylinder, which is under a fifty dollars fix. This man LIED to me and told me my clutch plate was bad. They tried to charge me over $1200!!!! So using their diagnosis, which was $30, I had the clutch replaced elsewhere for $650. Much to my dismay when I picked my car up he was holding my old clutch and pointing out how there was nothing wrong with it. All he did was put some washers over the old plastic master cylinder which had cracked. $1 fix. The entire crew smokes WEED out the side door, you can catch a buzz if you sit on the bench out front. This place SUCKS. BE AWARE!!!!!!!!!!

I made a reservation to rent a Budget Truck for moving purposes from Terrys North Coast Auto Body more than three weeks in advance. I confirmed the reservation 24 hours prior to picking up the truck, but was then called less than 14 hours before I was set to pick up the truck and was informed that there were no trucks available. I have no choice but to move out of my apartment on the date that the truck was reserved for. I took the necessary steps to confirm that the truck would be available. Terrys North Coast Auto Body was negligant in providing the service that theyd confirmed less than 24 hours in advance.

I took my truck in mechanical service and was pleasantly surprised of the GREAT service I experienced. The staff there is very down to earth, HONEST( you dont find that very often),knowledgeable and courteous. It was extremely nice of them to drop me back off at work when I dropped off my truck & then brought my truck back to me when they were done servicing it. Best of all they are reasonably priced! I will be taking all my vehicles there for now on and will be recommending them to all of my family & friends!

Good mechanics, yes. But today I was totally disrespected as a customer. One of the guys made a mistake on the totals for the work done. Thats fine. We all make mistakes. But I shouldnt have to pay for your mistake. Then the issue was blown out of proportion and the boss cussed at me like a bum on the street. I work hard for my money and earnestly at that. Theres a way to talk to grown people. I dont know what hat kind of day people were having but they treated me very shabbily unnecessarily.

My car recently had some trouble and I took it over to Terrys. Brian and John took great care of me, keeping me posted and walking me through everything they were finding. They were straightforward and honest. Ultimately, through no fault of theirs, my car had to go to the dealership (complicated computer issues), and Im disappointed I wasnt able to give them the business. I look forward to taking my car back to Terrys if/when I need additional repairs.

Honest, capable mechanics. The kind of mechanics that wont bill you when you just forgot to close your gas cap and thats why your check engine light is on or replace parts for free under warranty. The only negative is they are pretty busy so youll wait 20 minutes or so to get a customer service rep.

I recently had my front fender fixed and repainted. They charged me $100 less than the insurance quoted me and the work was finished when they said it would be. These guys are good.

These guys will drop you back off if you work near downtown; they were up front, honest, and competitive with their pricing; and the work was done quickly and well.
