POOR QUALITY, POOR WORKMANSHIP, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.. I HAVE NEVER HAD AN EXPERIENCE THIS BAD. They never called me to tell me the status of my vehicle. When I called and they informed me that the vehicle was ready they clearly did not complete a quality check on the vehicle before returning it to the customer. First of all, my alignment was not complete (left my vehicle on 3 separate occasions for this to get done. It was not done correctly and actually caused more damage than it originally suffered - my mechanic fixed this as well more $$$), the fog light had not been repaired, the paint had already began pealing ( 2 occasions that this was dropped off for repair and the paint is still pealing - gave up will take it else where), the fender wasnt screwed in place (found this out by my mechanic and he repaired more $$$), my hood deflector was not installed ( 3 weeks of phone calls with no returns. So I decided to go up there and the owners son told me this and I quote " the deflector was damaged when you drop the truck off and we have already saved you money from your insurance so we will not be replacing it" WTF!!! Seriously, is this not an auto body shop, which is the reason why I brought my car in for repairs. Your father provided me an estimate, we agreed on the estimate.. the vehicle should have been returned to me as such. It wasnt until I informed him (owners) son that the next conversation we will have will be with my attorney. He then began speaking a different tune and went to talk to his father. His father came out and played as if he didnt know anything about it and would get one on order for me. Now Ive left messages with "Joe" name and number, make and model of vehicle, and the reason for my call on 3 different occasions. No one from Discount Auto Body returned my call. So they definitely was running from the responsibility. I will be reporting the business to the BBB.

Good Quality workmanship - more than reasonable price. I highly recommend bringing any vehicle and paying for it out of pocket rather than going to the "big name" shops that cater to insurance claims. In my case: "Big Name" estimate thru insurance: $895 . Discount price -$350. Whats the difference? "Big Name" captures the average $500 deductible on the insurance claim. Plus you pay higher rates for the next few years in increased insurance premiums. Why overpay for the same level work? Pay out of pocket and save insurance claims for the larger casualties. BTW: Discount also handles your insurance claims if thats the route you choose.

I received 4 quotes, one for $2,200, two for $4,000 and one for $5,000. Needless to say I took the $2,200 quote which is the one Discount Auto body gave me. SMALL DISCLOSURE: their work is great and timely with the exception that some of the parts I had replaced didnt fit exactly right. For instance, where my bumper meets my hood the corner piece sticks out about a 1/8 of an inch...but not noticeable unless youre looking for something wrong (which I was). Overall great work, especially considering the price. AND the guy guaranteed me that if I found cheaper work anywhere else, to come back to him and hed beat it by $100.

I recently had my 2013 Dodge Challanger worked on at Discount Auto Body. They did an incredible job and had by far the cheapest price. They only took two days to do my car and when I get it back there was absolutely no sign of any paint work being done to my car! They made getting my car done fast and easy!

After going to two other places then going to Discount auto body, I had them fix my car at far less then everyone else, and It looked so good I took another car in to get the rust handled and some paint work done. Nice work and great prices. Thank you for a good job!
