I have never had a better experience at a body shop! My bumper fix was super simple, and while all other places wanted to charge an astronomical amount, the owner took a look at it and in less than 5 minutes it was done. The owner of this shop has restored my faith in humanity, as going to the body shop is almost as painful as having teeth pulled for me. He took a crappy situation and turned it all around. Their work ethic is awesome, you can tell they just really want to help people out. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for auto work, huge or small jobs. The staff were all so nice and accommodating. So thank you, Bay Street Paint & Body, for totally making my entire week, youre the best!

Incredible body shop. I went in with a nick on the back of my Metallic Glacier White Audi, and these guys did a fantastic job. Paint match is perfect, and you would never even know anything happened. They did the job in one day, and I went back to have it buffed out a day later, due to weather. I would highly recommend Bay Street Paint & Body

Brought my car in for some body work and I cant even tell where the damage is anymore. No joke, I had forgotten which side it was on so I was looking on both the left and right and that didnt help me at all. The quote was very competitive and the final price wasnt an cent over. I will definitely be bringing any future work I need again.

Best body shop I have ever been to. Incredibly nice front desk service and the owner shook my hand on the way out. Arrived at 9:05, was out the door at 9:25. Mike, the mechanic was professional and very knowledgeable. Would rate 6/5 if it were possible. I am from out of town so the fact they did everything so fast was a lifesaver.

They blew me off entirely. After they made an appointment to give me an estimate, noone showed up. When I was contacted 3 hrs later, they rescheduled and again never showed up, and never called back or rescheduled.

They did a great job fixing and painting my Honda after a fender-bender. Only problem was that they somehow broke the cars tailpipe in the process and refused to take responsibility for fixing it.
