I went there thinking the predecessor, Eagle Automotive, was still in business. They had always been my choice for auto body work in Naples. Gerber had bought them out and I will say I was very happy with Gerber. They were professional, clean, courteous, quick and did a very good job at a fair price. The work I had done was not insurance related so it all came out of my pocket so the cost was important to me. I was sorry to see Eagle Automotive go but am thrilled they were replaced with a company as good or better. Gerber is now my collision company of choice.

I called this place to get estimate. They demanded my insurance assignment before I could even come in as opposed to ANY other facility. My insurance company instructed me to get estimates first, not to have estimates sent to them since I AM the decision-maker as to where I get my car repaired and until my decision is made, the insurance company needs NONE of that info. Prior experience in life tells me that when you start out in a conflict, youll likely end in a conflict. I eliminated them as an option.

Simply no for this place. Even you happen to go there. Avoid seeing Mark. He ignore complete claim in the end he will prove that u were idiot to give them job. Bye bye gerber collision. Never again.
