Awful and avoid at all costs. My Lexus got t-boned on the drivers side and was taken to A Touch of Class as a "preferred" shop of my insurance company. Picked up car after was told it was done and immediately discovered the following: 1. The body lines were off by roughly 1/4 inch. This was not some minor misalignment. This was so poorly aligned it was visible from the front, back, or standing over it. It is inexcusable it could be let out of the shop like that. 2. The drivers side window did not go up or down properly. The alignment was off badly. The window would literally only shut because it would hit the edge of the frame and be forced into place. When it opened, you heard the tension release as it cleared the door frame. 3. In spite of the drivers side mirror being hit as part of the accident and the outer shell being the mirror being cracked, they did not pick up on it and "missed it". I did take it back and they were apologetic for the "oversights" and scheduled the repair of the poorly done repairs. You would think that the 2nd time things would be double and even tripled checked, but nope. The driver side window still is not aligned properly and makes a noise when closing. Even worse, if you shut the door while the window is half way down or even a 1/4 opened, there is a loud and distinct rattle. Other than Kevin being an affable, engaging individual, the quality of the work is poor and in spite of having the car twice, they were unable to fix what should be a pretty standard type of issue. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for quality repairs done correctly. Anyone who has Grange Insurance or is hit by someone with Grange Insurance, do not let them pressure you or even recommend this place or do so at your own risk.

My insurance had me bring my car to this shop because it was their "preferred" shop. I had a terrible experience with them. I brought in my brand new car that was broken into and they looked at all the damage and told me they would take care of the damage I pointed out along with any other damage they noticed during their "detailed inspection" of the car. I received a call from them about a week and a half later that my car was ready for pick up. When I saw the work they did I was surprised they were even a certified bodyshop. The only thing they repaired was the broke window and repainted the door. They didnt even bother looking at the inside of the car that was missing a radio and needed various pieces replaced due to scratches and dents. The drivers door still had glass in it that you could hear rattle when you shut the door. When I confronted them about it they said they were not aware of the damage on the inside and that it is impossible to clean up all the glass shards in the door panel. So, I let that go and had them order all the correct pieces and I would wait another week or so to get the other half of the car taken care of. Two weeks go by and I have no heard back from them. I called and they told me the pieces came in last week but I guess nobody bothered to even call me? Unbelievable. So its been almost a month and my car has still not been repaired. This place is SO UNPROFESSIONAL! If it was for my insurance I would have never gone here.

My husband and I were referred to this shop by our insurance agent. My husband showed up to get an estimate. He was turned away because they dont do same day estimates. So, upon their instructions, he makes an appointment. My husband took 1/2 day off of work and waited nearly 1 week for his appointment only to be rejected once again. This time they couldnt do the estimate for him because he wasnt sure which insurance company he was going through. This shop suggested we should wait until we got an appraisal from the insurance company before they would even give us an estimate. They acted like they didnt want our business and that was my sign to find another shop.

I had my daughters older model Honda detailed at their shop. It was her first vehicle and the finish was quite rough. When they were done with the detailing I can honestly say that I was shocked at how good it looked. The finish looked like it had just come from the show room and the interior looked and smelled so fresh! I could not believe the car was 20 years old. My daughter felt like she was driving a new car and was extremely grateful. I highly recommend their detail shop - it is the best!

All in the name! First class workmanship and operation. I am extremely particular about my vehicles. Kevin and his team put my car back together and it looks better than when the car was new. The paint job is very impressive. I checked around on pricing and found their pricing to be extremely fair especially for the quality of work. I wouldnt trust my vehicles with anyone else. Thanks for a great job!

The service was amazing here, I got into an accident a couple months ago and needed a whole new passenger door. I turned my car in on Tuesday and they told me that it was going to be ready by Friday. Unfortunately it wasnt they were sent the wrong door handle. So my car was ready by Monday after work. And it looks like I never was in an accident! Great place , great customer service!

Had a very positive experience with Touch of Class auto body. My car was rear ended and they did a first class job in repairing car and making it look new again. Friendly staff who stayed in touch with me as car was being worked on and car was ready when they said they would be. Would use them again should the need arise.
