Piss poor service, period. Although, the staff is very kind their quality of work, lack of preparation, and untimely completion of the job was horrendous. I was promised a different delivery time on more than 4 different occasions due to procrastination on their part. If you dont want to go through the hassle of having to go back again for a rework and getting the run around then take your vehicle to a professional which is not Maaco in Naples.

I couldnt be more impressed with this business. I stopped in briefly to get some help finding touch up paint for my Honda Element and the general manager, Alana, went above and beyond to help me out. She was incredibly kind and friendly. You can tell that shes the kind of person who takes pride in her work and treats everyone with respect. I will definitely be coming back here for any needed collision or paint work!
