Absolutely terrible hair cut!!! I asked for a 3-2-1 fade on the sides. It is not a fade, completely uneven. The 1 guard fell off while she was cutting... picked it up off the floor and tried using it still but wouldnt work and she didnt know why. So the #1 guard part of my hair goes above my ears. The top is fine because I asked for very little off. I have had hair cuts that were to short in the past from other places but this girl had absolutely no idea what she was doing. I am embarrassed I even paid. False advertising too. I saw 14.50 for a cut. It was 18. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I havent looked this good since I was a teenager, as far as the hair cuts goes. Chelsea Curtis cut this for me. She is excellent, working with you to give you what you want and the patience to provide you the best style for your look. I of course am her father, but, the pictures speak for themselves. They cater to Veterans with their "Share a Cut Program." Dont hesitate, call now, make an appointment so you dont sit around waiting, or drop by. Either way they accommodate, simile, and engage in worthwhile conversation, or quietly attend to your needs. Have fun! Im a returner for sure.

It was such a pleasant surprise to walk in a meet Roquelle M! I was going in for a big chop and was very nervous about the entire thing, finding the RIGHT stylist was important and I just happen to find this wonderful woman. My hair is very curly at the roots and I was looking to cut off all the straight processed ends (about 3-4 inches). She took her time with my hair and did a fantastic job. I left the salon so very happy!! It was a drastic change but with the right skills Roquelle made it a wonderful experience.

I asked to go back to my natural color, brown, from bleach blonde, I only had bleach blonde on the top the sides were completely natural. She made me black with red highlights. Now it looks like its purple, Im so upset, I think this is the worst my hair has ever looked in my entire life. Before coming here I reasearched online and it said single application color is very easy especially going darker. But I now I have black hair with red highlights with my natural brown sides. I look like a freak.

Randomly decided to get my hair today, so I did a walk in after a long day of work, the receptionist set me up with CHELSEA (aka the unicorn, aka soon to be skywalker) she was absolutely incredible. It was super quick--almost too quick, because she was such a genuine, very vibrant, & very witty person! I even set myself up to get highlights next week from her. Amazing service, great laughs and the best haircut!!!

Do yourself a favor and ask for Frances! Shes a young lady and an absolute sweetheart. She does an excellent job on my hair, which is very fine, tricky to cut, and otherwise shows every little imperfection. This particular Hair Cuttery location is actually quite a bit out of my way but Im definitely going back just to see her. Frances is the kind of stylist you search high and low for. So glad I found her!

Ive had some ups and downs with this location- I used to come here a lot, but then I received 2 bad hair cuts in a row (uneven, much shorter than I asked for), so it was about a year before I went back. I came back because their hours work for me and theyre close to my house. I had Christy this time and she is fantastic. She gave me a cut better than I was expecting and listened to my concerns.

Frustrated!! I loved this place until today! I called ahead and they confirmed what time I was going to be there to have my hair cut by a specific hair stylist and when I got there she had jus taken a new customer and it took over 2 hrs of me waiting for her for me to say thats it!! Not only did I wait but she was rude about it, 1 star out of 5 is too much to give!

I made my reservation online and showed up right on time. They took care of me within five minutes. I had Kayla as my stylist and she did an amazing job. I was cutting off over 7 inches of hair and I trusted her completely. I also got five foils of highlights to frame my face and they turned out perfect. Overall a great time and I will be coming back!

Ive gone twice to this Hair Cuttery, both with Chelsea. Let me tell yall, she is incredible! I got my hair cut first and then lightened my hair the second time, highly satisfied! Two days ago I went in for an ombre, I was going for a light brown into a super light blonde. It did not turn out how I wanted at all, so I went in today and a different stylist, Karyn fixed me without a problem and for free. I drive from Naples to Fort Myers just to see Roquelle! She understands exactly what I want and listens to your every need! Shes the best and has me coming back to her for the past 3 year! Al the staff is super friendly and outgoing! Its just like having some girl time with your girlfriends!
