I used to go here once a month or so for a haircut & blowdry, and color once or twice a year, but their service has REALLY declined. One day they actually ran out of wax - how was it 5pm and no one noticed that there was none left in the entire store? Another time I asked for a brown a few shades lighter than my own (Im a very dark brown) and it actually came out DARKER almost BLACK. The stylist wouldnt fix it for me then, but told me to leave it and come back in a week and shed change it if I still didnt like it. Well, I still hated it and went back the next week the ONLY day I had off, and she had called in sick. I had the receipt but they gave me the HARDEST time about fixing it and wanted me to come back another day when she was there. The manager eventually did fix it for me, and after about 3 hours, was what I wanted. The final straw is when I made an appointment with the stylist I had grown to like. I got there right on time and she was still with her last client - they said shed be right with me, but after about 10 minutes they confessed that it would probably be another hour or so as the client wanted to add color at the last second. So they were going to make me wait? I dont think so - I walked out. They should have told her that the stylist was booked for an appointment and that someone else could do her color, or SHE could come back later or another day. DONE!! Never again here.

I have been here several times with different results. I order city highlights and they usually do a great job. The manager is the best so I prefer to pay extra for her to cut me. I can see the difference in the quality of the cut. If you want your favorite hair dresser you should order a time ahead. If you prefer walk in you might have to wait 10-15 minutes, sometimes they are very busy, but as soon as you get to it they are fast. What I dont like is that they always try to sell you their products. I believe they are good but I like to stay with what I have at home.

I was skeptical at first about getting my color done there. To a point of anxiety, but Emily my stylist was so comforting. Not only did she talk me through each process, but made me feel at ease knowing she knew what i wanted. I feel amazing about my hair and by the looks of the salon, everyone loves working there. I have now seen emily about 3 times for my color/ cut, and never once was i unsatisfied. Im so happy i found a stylist that gets me and treats me like a valued client. love her!

Ive been a client of Hair Cuttery for three years. My stylist, Kyla, has always taken her time to make sure I love my hair...and I always do. Over the three years we have cut, colored, and foiled my hair. Kyla listens and gives me exactly what I want. Customer service can win me or lose me...as for Kyla at the Hair Cuttery in Winter Garden Village the customer service has won me.

Ive been using this location for my hair cuts for years. Nothing fancy, just a normal guys cut. There are multiple stylists who deliver a good cut. They manage their work load well and whether busy or slow seems to have the right number of stylists working.

My wife got her hair cut here and it turned out poorly. She asked to have 2 inches cut but came out with 4-6 inches less. Needless to say that she was devastated. Color also came out too dark.

This place is next toa SportClips franchise and offers better cuts at a lower price in my opinion. My 2 and 4 yr olds have had their hair cut here as well and they do a great job with little kids.
