I have been bringing my children to this salon for a few years, but unfortunately, I need to find a new salon. We went in for my daughters haircut and they tell me it will be a 35 minute wait, then over an hour later they call us back. Then, they try and over charge me. For the past few years, I always get the $28 shampoo, cut and blow dry for my 12 year old daughter, but the past few times they have tried to upcharge me to $45 for a more expensive blowdry to blow her hair straight, even though her hair already is straight. Each time I say no, that I just want the regular blowdry, but every time I come back they try to upcharge me again. It is like they have it In my file to try and upcharge me everytime. In the end, they always blowdry it straight anyway because her hair is straight, so why bother to try and upcharge me when I always refuse it. One time they even tried to upcharge me for a long hair charge for my daughters hair when it is clear in their own brochure they dont upcharge for that as it states, "No long hair charges for style services". And of course, everytime I go in they try and sell me a new product or a new conditioning treatment. And everytime I go back and ask for the girl we had before, she is already gone and and no longer working there so we have to try someone new. Overall, these past few visits were not good experiences and we will not be returning. Hope this review helps others.

I was just recently diagnosed with cancer and my girlfriend went in to ask if they could give me a trim in the back room or a house call and offered to pay more because of my health I cant really be in public too much and she was told by a male employee " no we dont that here" and then he turned away and walked away from her. Have a little respect for another human being dude.

Going here for years . Find a good hairstylist then they leave to go elsewhere. NEVER enough staff . Looking for a new place for me and my boys to go for haircuts . Tried checking in online and still waited way to long and have to leave .

I have been going here for 4 years for cut and color and always find the staff friendly and welcoming. Roshni gets my style just right, (Not easy to do with me since I am always changing it up!)

There are only 2 people working in this place.... get away from the Chinese guy... he is good person but he doesnt understand how to do the haircut as you asked

Same bad reception like other customers. No greeting. Only 2 staff?!!?? Used to be a good joint to get a cut.
