Used this company at my new condo for about 10 years. Pretty simple, no issues. But when I hired them to service the house I purchased last year it turned into a nightmare. The evaporator coil failed. They told me it wasnt under warranty and that the system was 15 years old. Better to just replace the entire system for $3500+. That didnt pass the smell test. I found documents from the seller. The system was 5 years old. The coil was warrantied. The company that did the new installation 5 years ago took care of the entire job for $600.00. The even showed me the date on the unit, clearly something the Mabry tech HAD to see unless they sent Stevie Wonder. All in all I think they tried to rip me off. Im done. You should stay clear.
