I called A-Lumination Electric because they had good reviews online. Im now convinced that these reviews are true and theres no one Id call the next time I need electrical help other than A-Lumination Electric. My house was losing partial power every hour and I just couldnt figure out why this was happening. Bulbs were burning out in a matter of weeks and we already had someone check all our wiring, not finding anything wrong. When I called A-Lumination Electric (A-LE), I spoke with Diane and asked her for the best guy on the job. I got him. Jack was incredible. It took him less than 10 minutes to determine what the issue was. It was the power company. A-LE called on my behalf the power company and they were out here in less than an hour. Not only that, but Jack waited until they arrived to speak directly with the new guys and stayed the entire time, keeping me updated on progress and whats going on. He stayed until the very end to make sure everything was as I hoped for. Jack also recommended it would be best to install a power surge for the whole house and its really made a difference. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars because the entire company earned my trust for their professionalism, genuine care and expertise. THANK YOU!!!!

I was in a really bad spot. Came home after a storm to a house with no A/C, no working security system, all smoke detectors going off, and all cable boxes scrambled. I called and left a message requesting emergency service (which was advertised). I didnt even receive a call back. I understand if they are busy and cant help me (despite the fact they advertise 24/7 emergency service) but nobody ever called me back. Only one company out of 7 highly rated electrical contractors had the the courtesy to call me back. Its easy to provide service when things are easy but the true professionals have the courtesy to be responsive and honest whenever needed. A-Lumination was altogether unresponsive. Why? Is business so good that they can ignore customers altogether??? Perhaps my experience was serendipitous because I did find a contractor who cared enough to call me back. In fact, it was the owner of the company. Guess who I will call and recommend to all my friends and neighbors.

The owner of A-Lumination saved Christmas for our family. I called on Wednesday afternoon because we had a short in one of our switches that kept causing the breaker to trip. We did not know how to fix it and called A-Lumination Electric. They told me they were very booked with the holidays, but Diane was able to get an electrician to the house on Thursday morning to fix the problem. Whats even better, she told me over the phone how much the job would cost and the electrician would be able to take care of it. So sure enough, Thursday morning, an electrician from A-Lumination Electric showed up on time as promised. He showed me some paperwork and immediately checked out the problem. It turned out to be a bad switch and he replaced it. And then the breaker stopped tripping and all was good for Christmas. I cannot say enough good about this company and their excellent customer service.

When I called A-Lumination Electric about my ceiling fan installation, they were very responsive, and provided excellent service. They were able to do the work the same day, and did a terrific job. The technician arrived on time as scheduled, finished the work fast and cleaned up their work area when they finished. Before the tech left, he made sure to explain to me and my son how the remote worked for the new fan, and was very courteous. If I need any electrical work in the future, I will definitely use A-Lumination Electric again. And most importantly, they were fair on the price and quoted me how much it would be before even coming out. The Technician explained that the company has an “up-front” pricing program so I knew before he showed up what I’d have to pay. I highly recommend this electrician for any of your home needs.

I have used A-Lumination TWICE already and I have yet to regret it. Their customer service is the BEST and the electricians are VERY thorough! I spoke to Diane and Jill on separate occasions to have work done on my house, they sent out Jack to handle all of the work. Jack asked me about the issues I was having and then when he found the problem, proceeded to explain (in great detail) what was happening. Once all the work was done, he went over everything he did and answered all of my questions. I didnt feel like they were trying to just make stuff up or push a product to make a little extra cash. In addition, the owner (Steve) took time to speak to me and review the job. Super friendly, super prompt and definitely in my phone book if we have any future issues! Thanks A-Lumination!

What an awesome experience using A-Lumination Electric to fix our shorted out electrical outlet in the kitchen. For the past few weeks, we kept getting shocked every time we plugged anything into one of the outlets in our kitchen. We asked around and got two recommendations to call A-Lumination Electric because they offer up-front pricing before sending a technician out. After we agreed about the price, they sent someone out the same afternoon. The tech looked at our faulty outlet and said it just needed to be replaced. In, out and done in 45 minutes. No hassle, no upsell and a really great experience. I would highly recommend A-Lumination Electric for any of your electrical needs.

From my first call to the excellent customer service and professional technician, this was a very good experience with a new electrician. My wife and I wanted to add some new lighting in our kitchen over the bar area. We described it in detail to Diane who took our call. She asked a few questions and got us a quote right over the phone. The next day, the technician came out and said it would take about 2 hours, but not to worry, they only charge by the job, not by the hour. This was the same thing Diane told me when I called. It is nice to find a new electrician who is honest and trustworthy. I am very impressed with A-Lumination Electric and the great service.

It is not often that I will write a review, but with the unbelievable service and professionalism I got with this company, I had to take a moment to include a few comments. When I called A-Lumination Electric, I spoke with Diane who was so helpful and friendly. I explained that I was having issues with flickering lights in my family room. She had me check the bulb and the switch. But it was still flickering. So she gave me a price for a technician to come and look at it and fix it. As it turned out, I had a bad wire on the switch and it was fixed in no time. Thanks so much Diane for the great service!
