Gute Präsentation des Geschäftes über die Website. Nach meinem heutigen Besuch in diesem Barbershop ziehe ich das Fazit das die Qualität der Dienstleistung Verbesserungswürdig ist. Mein Friseur war gut mit dem Rasierer aber unsicher mit der Schere. Am Ende war das Ergebnis dennoch gut. Es gibt vielleicht andere in diesem Shop die besser schneiden können, in diesem Fall ist es wie bei jedem unbekannten Friseur im Urlaub ein Glücksfall. Ein Haarschnitt kostet 17$ außer Dienstags, da sind es nur 10$. Die Wartezeit betrug keine 3 Minuten bis ich dran kam.

I just relocated to SWFL and in need of a barber. Heard that TwinCutZ was the best around. I went in for a disconnected undercut and left with a high and tight. I could not believe how the two cuts could get mixed up. I kept it cool knowing there was nothing to do at that point. Just wait it out. Hair will grow back. Once I washed and dried hair, noticed the sides had long hairs sticking out and the back as well. I went back in the next day to request it be fixed. The same barber fixed the sides and went even higher on the sides! At this point, Im asking myself, what is happening?! Barber had no interest in taking care of me the moment I walked in. Either ignore me or pass me off to someone who wants to earn. You represent the brand. Dont take the guest(me) and ruin the experience by you clearly illustrating lack of interest. I speak for myself and am simply sharing the experience I had during my first and last visit to TwinCutZ.

This establishment is ran by the ideal business owner. A respectable individual who takes pride in what he does and never passes the opportunity to ensure clientele are satisfied. Sean strives to employ the best which guarantees a first-rate experience for anyone who walks through his doors. If you are unsatisfied, Sean is approachable and will make sure the issue is resolved as soon as possible. I dont write reviews very often, but this one needed to be done. I have been to several barbershops and the way Sean conducts business is commendable.

Ive never felt the need to comment on anything online in my entire life. But this was the worst experience Ive ever had. I wouldnt even care if the haircut turned out good. Unfortunately the fade is mediocre at best and the top is more uneven then the Coors light mountains. Im now going to have to buzz my hair with my Norelco beard trimmer which I bought specifically bc of this on the way home at CVS on the clearance rack for 15$. #hethinkhethatstick #SMH

I went in for a haircut and a shave earlier this week and was a little disappointed. My haircut and shave were good, but the barber paid more attention to his phone than cutting my hair. I actually sat in the chair for about 10 minutes while he played on his phone before he picked up his tools. Like I said, he did a good job, but you need to attend to your clients. Not your phone.

What can I say I had an awesome experience with my daughter...I was running around town with her to get a specific cut someone pointed out twin cutz we got there they were closing ....wicky was awesome he staid after hour cut her hair she loved the service she felt at home like she had been going there for years definitely going back ...and of course I will be going earlier lol

I truly prefer to shoot my self in the same foot three times to comeback here... Barber didnt know how to cut my sons hair and made a mess on his head, after all the Carnage on my sons hair he still ask if something was wrong?...I will go to a restaurant to get my haircut instead of this place...Stay away from here and go to Twin Cutz on Gulf Coast Center that is the best.

Worst hair cut Ive ever gotten. The person who cut my hair probably didnt even go to cosmetology school. I told him 4 different times how I wanted my hair cut and he kept getting it wrong. Waste of money and time. I wouldnt let them pay me 15 dollars to cut my hair never mind pay them. DO NOT GO HERE.

I just got the worst haircut from this skinny black guy with dreads. He spent over an hour on my hair and completely let me walk out the store with visible lines in my hair from the fade. Kinda feels like I got robbed but its ok one less faithful customer walking through those doors.
