I have been going to Donna for at least 5+ years and have never had issue one with a haircut, or the cleanliness of the shop or scissors, brushes or other implements. Everything is in that blue barbacide stuff, and the combs and brushes arent full of hair like in some womens salons Ive been to. She is excellent at what she does with womens hair, and she gives damn fine mens cuts as well. My hair is long, and a lot of stylists want to get crazy with over trimming, not Donna. She listens to what I want, and does a beautiful job. Ladies if youve been looking for someone in the downtown area, call and ask for Donna, shes awesome!

Despite being advised by associates not to get a haircut at Rockefeller, I went against my better judgement simply due to the convenance of living downtown Cleveland . I dropped in for a simple, standard haircut and walked out with the worst haircut I have received in over 15 years.. After getting home and taking a better look, I will be needing another haircut tomorrow in order to get this to resemble a normal haircut. I am extremely disappointed that a barber could fail with such a basic cut so badly. Never again..!!! I will get in my car and drive the 10 miles out of town!!

Came in about a week ago and got my service done by a young female . Now Ive had my haircut by a women before and she did a really great job so I thought lets try another one ! Well...She was terrible ! Worst haircut Ive had in some time ! She seemed like a nice girl at first ,but as I started to point out her mistakes she didnt take it to well. I in no way offened her . Just wanted the haircut done right . She should really would on costumer service ! You can tell that shes not an experienced barber and by the look of my hair it shows! Very disappointed !

Rockefeller Barber Shop has a great location and a decent shop but they can do much better with their service. Got a haircut from Lee last week and was very disappointed. His trimmer kept going off and the other trimmer left me with scars on my neck and ears. To top it all, he charged me $22 instead of $15 because my hair was long (which is subjective but it really wasnt). Ive had better experiences here but they really need to get better equipment and let people know in advance that theyre going to be charged extra.

Ive been going to the Rockefeller Barber Shop since Ive moved back to Cleveland and started working downtown. Ive been going to Ray for roughly 7-8 months and he has done an excellent job every time. Ray knows how to deal with my cowlick. As always the best part is the hot neck shave and the kick back with a hot towel on your face. They play good music there and its a treat everytime I get my hair cut. I look forward to getting my hair cut!

Great guys/lady, great location and always a reliable cut. Recommend calling ahead as it can become difficult to get in. Well versed in the classic and trendy styles. If youre downtown, this place is a no brainer.

It is a very old school barber shop with cool Barbers inside. Keep it alive because you dont want these things to go away. I think they said that they had been in business there since the early 1930s.

Went in as a walk in recently. The barber hurt my ear when trimming and the service was really poor in general. Barber seemed completely disinterested and now I need to get it fixed.

No fade on the sides. One side was cut over an inch off from the other side and to top it ofd the back was completely uneven. Strongly not recommended.

I called at 12:15 and was sitting in the barbers chair by 12:30. Had a good conversation and was out of there by 12:45. Well worth the 14 dollars.
