I was wanting to join as a Platinum member and stopped in Wednesday night to get a hair cut and ask some final questions about the membership. I walked in at 5:15 to one barber with a customer in his chair.The gentleman asked me if he could help me and I explained to him yes I have questions about joining and getting a cut. He told me to sign in and the iPad said 18 minute wait. He invited me to have a cocktail or beer and relax. After about 15 minutes another gentleman came in and signed in for a cut. He helped himself to a beer and sat down. This is where is went wrong... After cashing out the customer I watched getting a hair cut the barber came over to explain to me the guy waiting and the the next guy who was singing in where already members and I to wait until he cut there hair. I asked well... I had questions about being a member but how long would I have to wait. He said he didnt know... members come first. So I was there for 24 minutes and no end in sight on how long I was going to have to wait. 1st why only 1 barber on shift.... 2nd what a waist of my time. I would stay away from this goofy set up. Oh BTW it says no appointments taken just walk in and get a cut. My membership was going to cost over $600 bucks. Good luck staying in business guys

You can tell the moment that you step into this handsomely decorated shop, that you would be treated with great professionalism from their highly trained staff. The hair-cut was perfect, and the staff took their time, I never felt that they were rushing just to meet a quota. Loved the ambiance, and private club feel from the complimentary snacks and beverages to the comfy chairs. Great job!
