I am soooo picky with my Jeep Wrangler. I learned about JM Automotive from the Arrigo dealership so I thought I would give them a try. I have had all my fender flares repainted perfectly.....my front and rear bumper replaced, as well as, my front grill. I bought my first used vehicle ever and was determined to make it perfect. My Jeep Wrangler looks awesome. I am so leery of auto body shops but Lorena and George were great to deal with. The shop is family owned. I was kept updated on every aspect of my repairs. I cannot recommend them enough!

The repair was good but it was very very hectic over there and when the car was ready I had a phone call to tell me that I needed to pick it up right away and it was almost time for them to close which meant I would need to find a driver to assist me to get there to get the car in a short period of time while I was at work and they were very pushy about getting it right away which I didnt appreciate. A little notice would have been a nicer thing to do but they finally agreed to allow me to pick it up the next day.

I went here on Saturday morning 9/2/17 & George the owner had just left. While there, I was told to call his cell. First of all, I was surprised he answered! I explained that I needed a plate replaced over my fog light and he told me he would turn around and come back. Not only did George come back but he installed my plate and didnt charge me!!! Thank you George this is the Gold Chrysler Bandet saying you and your team are the bomb!!!!!

Took my car to the Dealership to remove a 2 scratches and was quoted $700 . I was told that it need to be painted. Decided to see what JM would say about it and they were able to buff the scratches for a fraction of what I was quoted. Not only do they do excellent work but they are a stand up company with incredibly reasonable prices. They have superb service.

George gave me an estimate which was well below other estimates I was quoted. They took my car in and had it returned not only on time, but early. The work was done perfectly. The staff was very nice. I would highly recommend JM Automotive. It was such a pleasure to do business with this company!
