One star, is TOO much to give to this "auto body." I was referred by Geico to go get my car fixed here. It was close to my home HOWEVER, I would have much rather driven to Tampa to get my car fixed. The accident I was in, was more of a cosmetic type of damage. I went in, staff was friendly (enough) and I received my rental. 5 days later, I get my car back. Looks great on the outside, but as I was driving it for the day, I notice a hissing noise coming from the passenger side. The passenger side was the side that was hit during the accident. I could hear EVERY SINGLE NOISE coming from the outside of my car and engine bay. I take it to my local mechanic and he tells me that the noise is most likely coming from the noise insulation of my car not being put back together correctly. THATS NOT ALL, I got my car back with my rear carpets MISSING. I almost would have rather gotten my dirty car back than them give it to me early, and rush to do everything (I never asked to receive it early so no reason for them to rush.) I call the auto body back, and per their request take my car in. The head manager Bernie says there is an ENGINE PROBLEM. I have a 2016 Kia Rio with 30,000 miles on it, so as soon as they told me that I KNEW that they did something wrong. They told me to take it to the dealership because it is most likely a "warranty" issue. I took it to the Kia dealership, and they told me the SAME THING my mechanic did. Not only that but as I tried to get a supplement set up with Jeannie, all she did was yell at me, THEIR CUSTOMER, and my mechanic insisting that he doesnt know what hes talking about (a mechanic who owns a very well known and widely popular shop) . I dont know what kind of animals they have working there. I had to call Geico, and request to speak to her supervisor Cynthia to get the supplement process set up. She was the only reasonable person I spoke to. This entire process was SEVERELY stressful. These people are unprofessional and give Geico a very HORRENDOUS reputation. The only "GOOD" thing that came out of this situation was that I received a brand new set of carpets for my car. Please, please, PLEASE save yourself the stress and go ANYWHERE ELSE.

Terrible service, disrespectful attitude, disastrous results. Do not let this shop near your car if your value your vehicle and your safety. Sure the outside of the vehicle may look nice after a collision but they have little regard for the interior or mechanics.They only work on inexpensive old cars from looking at their lot. My 2015 BMW was involved in a major collision back in January and I made the mistake of allowing GEICO to tow my car to Carolina Auto Body since I was taken to the ER. It took 4 months for them to complete the work. The first time I drove my 435 it shook violently and vibrated terribly on acceleration. Carolina told be the exhaust was loose but it was not related to the collision. The vehicle had only 5000 miles on it. Additionally the previously pristine leather seats were covered with grease and torn. They have so little regard for customers property that they dont cover the interior. Grease does not readily come off of leather. I took my car to Foreign Affairs Motorsports in Deerfield to check the engine and they found that. Carolina installed the POWERTRAIN at the wrong angle causing the car to shake and rattle. Let me say that again THEY INSTALLED the POWERTRAIN INCORRECTLY! Also they put the wrong size clamp on the exhaust system causing it to vibrate. Luckily the drivetrain was repaired by Foreign Affairs BEFORE permanent damage was done. Carolina has no clue how to correct engine damage. They gave me a difficult time accepting responsibility for the tears of my leather and the filthy seats. Take your car elsewhere if it is valuable to you and your family.

My insurance company recommended this body shop to me, I was a little doubtful at first but when I visited the shop the staff was friendly so I allowed them to do the Repair. I waited a little over a month for my car and the first thing that stood out to me was how dirty my Interior was, even the seat that was replaced had dirt marks, definitely not the detailing that was promised by Mike Morton. My dashboard was damaged and my Fender liner was missing , when I spoke with Mike he tried to give me a sales pitch until I showed him the evidence in my phone. They worked with me on the repairs but I had to go back four times but the "Last straw" was when my car broke down on my way to the Airport. I then took my car to Infiniti and within a matter of 2 days they were able to repair my car and Cleaned both the Interior/Exterior to my surprise since they werent the ones responsible for it to begin with. They also found a Quality issue due to a Caliper bolt was loose but call it what you want, this is obviously a Safety issue which could have led to another Accident . I strongly recommend to anyone to take your car to the Dealer and not any of these outside shops if you want to save time and your car to look and feel right. My experience was literally a nightmare and very stressful, and strongly would not recommend them to anyone but I leave it up to you guys to take that risk and BTW if you are wondering what I did with the $50 referral paper I was given, I torn it up and toss it in my Garbage.

Very warm and welcoming environment! My first encounter, today, was with Mario. I was in a panic when I phoned, and immediately felt calm and at ease, when Mario asked me if I was able to bring my car over to his shop so he could evaluate my concern. I shared my experience on what happened, and after Mario reviewed the damage, he reassured me it was not as bad as I had anticipated. He was extremely knowledgeable, on the cause and solution, and I allowed him to repair it. I felt extremely blessed, and appreciated his kindness and attention, especially on a busy Saturday morning. I highly recommend Carolina Auto Body in Tamarac, and Mario, is amazing! I noticed all the other positive Google reviews, as well as finding out Geico Car Insurance recommends them as their number 1 Auto Body Repair shop! Thank you, Carolina Auto Body, You are the Best of the Best!!

Had them before and they were fine. This experience wasnt that great. They called me for the past two days saying my vehicle is ready ... to come pick it up.. calling at least 4 times each day each time I told them I wouldnt be available until today at 9. Came in today, they took me outside to find my car.... no car... she went in the back to get my car and they are still detailing it!!!!. This is ridiculous. Spoke to the jasmine at the front desk numerous times while here and got vague answers.... Their office lacks communication. The only bonus is geico and enterprise is on site.

I was sent to this shop by Geico for repairs on my 2015 Mazda. I must say the staff is extremely professional and very helpful. I was late for my appointment but they assured me it wouldnt be a problem, the adjuster would still see me. The beautiful receptionist offered me coffee and had the enterprise agent start the process with me since Geico was busy. The process did not take long at all I was there for about 10 minutes. Throughout the process I was contacted to let me know the status of the repairs for my vehicle, and as expected they did an outstanding job.
