My first experience was dropping off 15 shirts, 5 pants, but when I picked up and paid, I had 20 shirts and 7 pants that I was about to load into my car. I returned the extra clothes that belonged to someone else (strike one) and asked for that portion to be refunded to me, which they said they didnt know how to do (strike two) but would give me a credit to my account (my phone number). Well next time I picked up clothes - there was no credit on my account (strike three). Lately, I got there right at closing time (6 pm exactly), it was locked, and no one was there. Today I went there at 5:53 pm (exactly) and they had locked the door but were there, came to the door, and said they were closed even though their posted hours are that they are open till 6 (strike four). They have the WORST service of any commercial enterprise in all of Fort Walton Beach.

Unprofessional and not willing to offer even a small amount of quality customer interaction. They hung up on me as well because they couldnt do what I was asking...no big deal! But hanging up on me? Not cool. Im taking my $200 a month dry cleaning elsewhere now and will make sure I tell all military spouses about this as well.
