I worked there for four years and yes sometimes with the amount of clothes that we cleaned in a day we would occasionally miss some spots or wrinkles. I must ask 1) Did you point the stain out when you dropped them off? We would then mark stained clothes for stronger treatment options. The majority of the time we could get the stain out if marked beforehand and given ample time to explore different options. 2) Upon picking up your order did you tell them that you were dissatisfied? When I worked there it was commonplace, if there was a dissatisfied customer, to redo clothes and even offer free services to guarantee that every customer was satisfied. We really went above and beyond the expectations of our customers who have had experiences at other cleaners around town.

I walked in and apparently woke up the attendant working Saturday morning around 9:40am. He was less than friendly and did not want to be bothered. I asked how much to clean a queen size bed spread. He said $26.99 and it would take a week. I then told him there was cat hair on it and he said there would be an extra charge. I took my business down the street to A1 cleaners and they charge $14.95 (no extra for cat hair) and will have it done by Tuesday.
