I have been to this cleaners 3 times now (already spending over $200) as I was referred to this cleaners. However Im appalled after my last experience and their lack of concern for their customers. I brought in 11 items-- I pair of mens dress pants, four skirts, two blazers, one dress, two mens shirts and one romper. When I got home I realized I was missing my romper. I called and spoke with the owner and after all her searching she went over the invoice with me. She didnt even list one of the mens shirts that I received back on the invoice and that is what she was using to say I didnt bring in the romper at all. At this point I realized Im never seeing the item again and asked since it was lost if she could apply a credit towards my account for future cleanings in which I was met with a "no." Never in my life have I experienced such a lack of interest in retaining their customers. As fine as a job they may do, how this situation was handled theres no recovering from. Im out a $50 piece of clothing. And I now have to find another cleaners close to home. Thank you DryClean USA for losing my clothes and then trying to blame it on me. The customer should never be made to feel wrong.

I was quoted $7 for a dress and when I picked it up the next day, I was charged $17. When I mentioned what I was quoted, I was told, "oh, yeah, he changed the prices." Over night!? With many Dry Cleaners in the area to chose from, Ill be going to others from now on if it means I can get some good customer service.

This is the best dry cleaners Ive ever been too. They are courteous, economical and always have my stuff ready ahead of time or earlier than I asked for. I recommend this Dry Cleaners to everyone!
