A week before my work Christmas party I took my little black dress in to be cleaned. The accompanying belt, which is made of the same dry clean only material as the dress, was also taken in attached to the dress. Needless to say, they lost the belt, gave me the runaround, wouldnt return my calls, and left me with nothing to wear to my party. After numerous calls and driving up there 3 times I finally met with the owner who proceeded to give me the same runaround. Their excuse? "We arent responsible because we hung a little sign up in our store that says we arent responsible for belts, accessories, or anything else missing from your garment." In other words, they arent responsible for doing their job. Come to find out, they sub out the drycleaning to yet another cleaner that a bunch of other drycleaners use also. In other words, theres no personal touch, no skill, no history of knowing what theyre doing, just a store front to collect money. I wouldnt let them launder my socks, much less take any garment I remotely cared about and trust them to do anything but a minimal job and thats IF they dont lose the garment. I had also taken numerous work slacks and a dress jacket up there the same time as my dress. The pants had numerous crease lines which made me have to repress them. Very incompetent store. Seems they chose a business where they could do as little as possible and collect other peoples hard earned money for doing nothing. Bottom line, I will have to find someone to make a belt that looks like it goes with my dress because the "owner" has no honor or integrity and has no intention of compensating me for their incompetence. First and last time to this hoax of a drycleaner.

Keeow took over this business 5 months ago, and she is fantastic! Great service, and great advice - all of the items that she altered were done very well and look great! After having her alter multiple shirts and pants, I trusted her with the suit I will be wearing for my wedding, and I am happy I did!

Awesome business. I havent had any problems with Keeow, the business owner. Her and her family are great people. My cleaning is always on time and ready when I need it. If I have a problem she fixes it with no problems.
