Front staff were courteous and friendly, which is the only reason I gave this establishment 2 stars. My first and last experience with Curbside Cleaners occurred when I dropped off 2 wool coats, one of which needed a tear in the lining repaired, and a king-size quilt comforter for dry cleaning. Two weeks later I returned to find that neither of the coats had been dry cleaned nor had the repair been completed, so I left the coats to allow them the opportunity to rectify the error. The quilt was ready, so I took it home. Initially, I was happy to find that the quilt was nice and clean. After placing it on my bed, however, I noted that it had shrunk to the size of a full/queen comforter. Truly, if I had wanted my "dry-clean only" quilt to shrink, I could have laundered it at home and saved myself the $75.00. Although they did attempt to amend for the many issues plaguing this experience by not charging me for the services on the coats, I simply cannot with good conscience recommend this dry-cleaner to another person.
