The Worst Experience Ever!!!! CLUBSIDE CLEANERS ruined a brand new shirt and made ever excuse in the world not to replace it. They also could not properly press 5 other shirts of mine that I gave them 2 chances to correct. The owner Geoff Batcheler didnt even call me like he was supposed to, so we could discuss the ruined shirt. I had to call him 3 days later and still no resolution.

I paid $41.60 to have my queen comforter washed. After I picked my jaw up from the floor, I paid the lady. I pay less than half of that at the one I usually go to by the Kroger on Lasscasas. I definitely will not be back. That is way too expensive for a comforter. I wish I knew what it included, the receipt has no description on it what so ever.

This family owned business knows what customer service is truly all about. On one occasion, after they had completed numerous orders flawlessly, one of my shirts wound up missing. Not only did they find it shortly after I left the store -- they also delivered it (free of charge) to my home that same day! They will forever have my business.

Clubside Cleaners pickup service is a lifesaver. Like everyone else there is not enough time in my day. Jeremy and his team pick it up at my house and return my garments within a few days clean, crisp and fresh. A great convenience from a great group of professionals.
