My husband and I have used Complete Cleaners for several years and been pleased with their dry cleaning service. Last week while we were picking up our dry cleaning we noticed they were folding towels in the back and inquired about laundry services. We were told the price was per pound for laundering and that the "huge stack of towels" (probably close to 60) folded on the table was only $30. We decided to try their laundering service and dropped of a weeks worth of scrubs, 8 pair of blue jeans, 2 cotton pull-overs, a cotton cardigan, and two cotton shirts. Our bill was $140.33. I was (and still am) flabbergasted. Thinking I was going to be paying by the pound as I was told, I expected the bill to be a fourth of what it came out to be. Scrubs weigh nothing... When I asked the lady for a breakdown of the cost and told her about my previous discussion with the other employee there she was rude and told me that I didnt understand the fact that the "uniforms" are charged "per uniform and not per pound" and that the "...jeans will be stiff as a board if theyre laundered and were dry cleaned..." I specifically asked that only 2 of the items I left be dry cleaned. The cost was exorbitant and I was mislead about the cost. The worker (short lady with reddish shoulder-length hair) was unapologetic and somewhat condescending. In the end, the fault is mine for not getting very specific details on the process and price. Unfortunately for me, my mistake was at an extreme cost. Ill stick to doing my own laundry as Ive always done and find a different dry cleaner.

Ive been using Complete Cleaners for 15 years. They have great customer service and always very accommodating. Today I picked up my clothes and in a separate bag there $10 bill that my son had left in his dress pants. What honesty. We would have never known if it wasnt returned. So refreshing to see in this day and age.
