If I could give these unprofessional people no stars I would. I took a garment to this place this week to have a stain removed. They did not remove the stain and had the nerve to try to charge a ridiculous price for attempting to remove the stain. I refused to pay for services that was not performed. They decided to hold my garment hostage until I pay for services that they did not complete. You have been warned do not take your items to this place they are dishonest rude lumps of nothing!

To be fair, I only paid $19.99 to clean a comforter. I was told they would wash it. I just didnt expect it to so VERY wrinkled! I could have saved myself the 20 bucks and did it myself with WAY less wrinkles. Very disappointed. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly and it was ready the next day.
