So, I have read some of the bad experiences that people have had at this cleaners and I must say that as bad as some of those sound, they are nothing compared to mine. Tonight, after seeing that over $300 in clothes had been ruined and shrunk at this cleaners, I called the owner to ask her to her to fix it. After she ranted and yelled at me and told me to "be quiet" so that I could hear her, I told her that I wanted to resolve it over the phone and I did not want to come in and make a "scene." Her response? "You come in now! Thats fine! Come on!" Yes, she literally called me out over the phone...wait, it gets worse. So, of course, I came and brought the clothes with me. Of course she began yelling at me after I calmly attempted to ask her to fix the problem. She said "I clean them again and that fix it." I said, you cant unshrink clothes that you washed by dry cleaning them. She said "No!, I wash them again, no dry Clean, you no pay for dry clean!" (None of these clothes are suppose to be washed mind you) and so I started to video tape her. Her response...she called the police....yes, the police. Why? Her customer was not happy. When in doubt, call the Police...but do it with a smile to show your customer that theres really no hard feelings, its just business.

Words cant express how upset I am with this business. Long story short, they ruined a pair of designer jeans. They refused to make the problem right by refunding me or even trying to repair what they did. The woman at the counter was rude, argumentative, and has no business dealing with customers!

I totally should have read the reviews first before even trying this place. The lady that runs this is absolutely RUDE and mean. All I needed was a few shirts pressed and she kept correcting me with her dry cleaning "terminology". I couldnt understand her pricing or her broken English. I walked out.

Really bad customer service. She told me that why I had to wait till the last minute to drop off my clothes. Lol. Which is funny. Next time I will schedule a drop off at her convenience not mine lmao. Or I will just take my business else where Smh

Horribly over priced and the woman is rude. I was a first time customer, brought in over 10 pieces to be cleaned. I asked her for a first time customer discount and she totally denied me. I said thanks for nothing and Ill never go back there again.

The owner is rude and the service is overpriced for the area. Do yourself a favor and tell clerk not to slam your car door before they even touch your car. Or even better: Find another dry cleaner!
