I havent actually used their service, this rating is based solely on customer service. Here is how my phone call went: CC: Classique Cleaners (Cant say "Can I help you"?) Me: Hi, Im calling to find out how much you charge per item CC: Depends on the item (To me, the natural response would have been, "what items would you like drycleaned?") Me: Shirts and slacks CC: Its ... ummm ... youre going to have to hold on, I have to go check the thing. (Okay, seriously, I cant believe this isnt the most common question you get. But maybe youre new. But you can at least make an effort to not sound like youre annoyed that Im asking you how much you charge to provide the service for which you are in business to provide) Me: Okay, thank you (About a minute passes) CC: Trousers are $8, Shirts are about $1.85 or something ("or something"??? I guess she couldnt find "the thing") Me: Thanks *click* So, basically, she was very terse (which comes across as rude), I was clearly interrupting her more important activities, and I didnt get a clear answer on the price, at least not one Im confident is correct. Fortunately there are a dozen options with a five-mile radius.

Classique Cleaners was the only dry cleaner I called in the Hermitage area a few years ago that was able to do a rush cleaning on a suit I needed for an interview out of town. I didnt get more than 24 hours heads up on the interview (and I needed to fly to get to it). I told them the situation and they said bring it in, theyd take care of it. They cleaned my suit and had it ready for me to pick up the next morning before my flight. The suit looked fabulous and didnt have that nasty dry-clean smell you get at some cleaners. I only use Classique now. Theyve been great with every article Ive dropped off for them, and have done the job quickly and professionally. The customer service is fantastic, and theyre open on Saturdays.

If you hire this person, you are putting the people of Nashville in danger by the way they drive. Multiple instances of tailgating, speeding, running red lights, etc. Absolutely ridiculous.

Bob and his team are great! Ive had burned/broken buttons from other dry cleaners, but these guys are top notch. Reasonably priced and ready in a couple days or less.
