When we lived in Bloomington, we would not use any other carpet cleaning business. John is highly knowledgeable in carpet care and cleaning. We had an emergency from a spill. I called Quick Dry and John was at our home within minutes taking care of the spill and getting the stain out of our carpet. I never thought it could be done... but he did it quickly and professionally! They are always on time, courteous and professional. If I could give more than 5 stars - I would!!
