This having been my first time as a customer to Classic Cleaners Downtown, I wasnt sure the problem I left them with would turn out positively. Upon entering the store I was met by a lady named Cecilia. She was very enthusiastic when I said I was a first time customer. She inquired why I was there and I explained that my daughter had brought me my grandsons school uniform shirts, which are white with the school name at the left breast. My daughter must have had great confidence in me to remove the "sweat stains" under both arms of the 3 shirts! The shirts were white and the stains were very visible. Cecelia told me that Classic Cleaners uses a SSS treatment on the shirts. I asked what is a SSS treatment? She replied:"Special Soaking Solution" and you are going to be surprised how great these shirts will look when you pick them up! "We will email you when the shirts are ready" she said. Now thats confidence I thought, I thanked her and went on my way. Three days later I received the email that the shirts were ready. When I picked them up, a gentleman waited on me, brought me my grandsons shirts and when I looked at them I couldnt believe it.....they looked like new! "No stains" I said and the gentleman said he was glad I was happy with them! Happy? The stains are gone! They were gray stains and I never thought they would look this good! Wow! I was thrilled and I knew my daughter would be very happy! As I left Classic Cleaners with smile on my face I thought: more people should know how great this Cleaners really is! So, if you are reading this and you have clothes that are really soiled, Go to Classic Cleaners and Im sure they will make them look like new!

I took two pair of shoes to them to have them cleaned. Now my shoes had no damage to them but upon the return of my shoes if found that my Jordans were not cleaned and the plastic on the shoe was turned yellow and on a pair of lebrons the plastic decals had come apart. After a month I finally got my Jordans back and I had to settle for what they look like now. When the lebrons came back after a month they had glue all down the side and the decals werent fixed properly. So now its two months into it and the lebrons are still not fixed right the decal is not fully glued down and their is still glue on the shoe where there should not be any. So after two months and 3 or 4 calls to the corporate I finally get a person to call me about about my shoes the owner tell me I got two choices take him to small claims court or file a complaint with the BBB. Im so upset that I was told that he would rather have a third party make him pay me for my shoes. Because he feels that the shoe is wearable not fixed properly but simply wearable. I personally will never spend another penny with them

I HATE dry cleaners but really LOVE Classic Cleaners. My shirts come out perfect, their staff is personable and responsive, if an order is delayed they call me to let me know; they will redo an item with no hassle after 6+ years, three locations, not a single complaint.
