I live in a building conveniently served by this drycleaners and I have had trouble with them in the past. Specifically, my things would come back with new stains that were not there originally and they would come back without proper pressing and finishing. So I have not used them in a while. But a couple weeks ago I decided to give them another try. But this time they lost my order completely. Seven pairs of mens slacks and a suit completely vanished for over a week. They simply declared that they never received the order. Today, two weeks after I sent these things in, they magically reappeared. The real salt on the wound though, was that there was no communication from the store to acknowledge they had found my things. They just delivered the clothes to my doorman including the full bill for cleaning. I wont make the same mistake again. Learn from my experience and avoid Cinderella cleaners.

The worst manager and owner. Cinderellas cleaner is terrible. The manager used racial derogatory language on me and my wife. We sent a brand-new bridal dress and 8 other shirts for cleaning. The dress was destroyed. When I asked for a full refund, the older male manager refused. He raised his voice on me and asked me to leave the store. He claimed the store was closing for the day and it was before 6pm. I simply asked for his name and title and he simply refuted and kicked me out. I asked for the name of the owner and he used racial terms on me. I then started recording video to document the incident. I was completely shocked that this was happening.. This kind of treatment is simply unacceptable. Specially to a customer. As a member of the media I know exactly how these cases work. You simply cant treat a costumer like this and use racial derogatory language.

The management and staff here are simply the most obnoxious people I have ever met at any dry cleaners in the country. They are rude, unhelpful and not interested in earning your business. I used to grudgingly use them only because of convenience (since I lived in the building) but always left the shop with high blood pressure after my interaction with the owner. Recently, after they lost a $150 shirt of mine and refused to compensate me for it, Ive sworn never to go back. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Youve been warned

Actual phone conversation: Me: Hi, I was wondering how much it costs to dry-clean a dress shirt. Cinderella: The price list is down here on the wall. Me: OK. So how much is it to dry-clean a dress shirt? Cinderella: I dont know, Id have to check the list. Me: Ok... Cinderella: You come in and you can look at the list. (I then hung up) I wish I didnt have to give them even 1 star.

One of the best cleaners I have ever found. They are great. Fast quick, can do things other cleaner can not do. They do almost all of the cleaning for anyone famous that comes to Chicago. (concerts, shows, events) If these people look for Cinderella Cleaners they must be doing something right.

This is the worst dry cleaner I have ever been to. They are rude, they stare at you blankly, they send everything out and their systems are Stone Age. The only reason they are in business is due to their being located in a residence. Go somewhere else!

This is the worst dry cleaner I have ever been to in any city, which is saying a lot. My clothes have come back stained, wrinkled, and, on occasion, permanently damaged. Bring your clothes anywhere but here.
