CAUTION when using Seymour Dry Cleaners. I have never used them before until last week. For work I have specific clothes that I do not wear but to work. I invest in my work clothes and take care of them. 3 pairs of pants I dropped off at Seymour Dry Cleaners and picked up yesterday. I originally asked for no creases, they creased them. When I arrived home and looked at the crooked creases and the heat that was used that caused visible places all over the pants I noticed my zippers. The zippers were physically scratched and the paint removed. The picture shows three pairs on left that have been damaged and right a pair that had not been cleaned by Seymor Dry Cleaners. The owner, Mr. Whaley stated there was no way it could of happened in this cleaning. These pants were purchased at the exact time and had only been to one other dry cleaners (at which they have been cleaned there for 19 months) until these 3 pair. When evidence of the difference of the 4 parts was presented Mr. Whaley could not or would not agree his business was in the wrong? He only offered to repress them again. Absolutely Not! I have worked in customer service for over 25 years and always taken care of customers if it was something the business I worked for needed to correct for the customer. This business did not even acknowledge their mistake. Be cautious with your valuables here.
