I have been going to these cleaners for over two years now and I did like there service. I am a customer that goes probably at least 3 times a month. In latter Feb or March I took my Brand new coat there to be cleaned along with a few other items. I lost the receipt. When I went in to pick up was told I didnt bring a coat there because they couldnt find it. I am not a senile person and only go to two cleaners in the South Holland area and one of them is this one. After three weeks the manger stated she would take inventory and see if it was there and would call. I did not here form her and had to go back into the cleaners the next week and ask way I had not received a call. The young lady she would have her call me which she did. Ive never cursed , hollered or displayed any unseeingly actions. But at no time did she say lets see what we can do. Her words are no coat here. I will NEVER GO BACK TO THESE CLEANERS AGAIN. NO RECOCILIATION FOR THE CUSTOMER THAT PATRONIZES YOU ALL THE TIME.

Wow Im surprised to see only 5 reviews...???...anyway this place is really a hit or miss. Every time I go in there I pray that I get my clothes HOW I REQUESTED. Im not asking for anything thats impossible or even an issue. Its on my profile FOLD ALL SHIRTS OVER HANGER. Not doing so seems to puts hanger indentations in my shirts and if you understand what I mean then you know how irritating that is. It happens appx 70% of the time which made me start going to Lansing Cleaners. Its a little more expensive but the trust factor is great. I just put about 12 items in there this morning due to my Christmas budget lbs, lets hope they get it right. Just thought about it, there was an elderly customer in there while I was bring serviced requesting a refund due to whatever issue he had with his clothes and it was not going well at all. All the pregnant manger kept saying was "sir read on the back of your receipt it clearly states that we dont offer refunds." Hope the old guy got something done...

Horrible!!! Been a loyal customer for over almost two years and now I will be taking my business elsewhere. I took a sweater in that HAD letters on them. However when I picked my sweater up some letters were missing and the others are loose and peeling off. They say they are not responsible and only offered me a $16 store credit for a sweater I paid $50 for. DONT EVER TAKE YOUR CLOTHES THERE. They are cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Timely, very good work overall. I do have one item that could be done better. ●The shirt necklines could be cleaner especially white or light colored shirts on a consistent basis. On Torrence in Lansing. Otherwise, great job.

My clothes came back still dirty and with stains and they ruined one of my fancy dresses.... It had jewels on it and when I got it back besides it not being clean, all the jewels where missing. I Will never Go back there again.
