The Girls Stella and Khamari were very pleasant. I needed my Santa outfit cleaned. They talked with the owner Paul and he did not charge me knowing I was visiting over 80 families to give out Christmas presents to those less fortunate during the Christmas holiday. Love this location! I could go to another location but this location is always friendly, whether asking if you want coffee or addressing the issue with your laundry. My husband called and told me he had lint on his dress shirts. I told Brando and he took care of it right away. He asked to see the shirts but my husband was in Portland and he took my word for face value! He is awesome! They own their mistakes and corrects them right away! Excellent customer service. Will always get my business!

Stolen/ missing sweaters. I took my two sweaters in for cleaning and they came up missing. As if that wasnt bad enough the staff is unprofessional and the store owner never called me back. I had to call the DM to get get anything done. Who advised that there was nothing he could do because this was a franchise!?? Finally about a month later I was given a check for half of what my items cost, THAT THEY LOST!!!!....This place is a joke!!! Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!

Horrible. They dont read or are not capable of reading the reciepts. They removed the hem from my pants when they were just supposed to spot treat the hem area, creased a pair of pants on the side a stiff crease at that, I had to send a sweater back twice and it still wasnt clean. Unfortunately, the quality of work is non existent now. Be sure to check your clothes before leaving and never ever take high end pieces to them!!!!

Damaged a shirt. Took over a month to get reimbursed. Apperently the owner only comes to the store twice a month. Had to call the district manager to get something done. Last straw, they cleaned a pair of pants and when i picked them up they were still wet. What happens to something thats wet and wrapped in plactic ? Will no longer take my business there

Manager and staff have made me feel valued as a customer. I think its amazing they know their customers by name. Juanita also called me personally why I accidentally left my money clip with my drivers license in a pair of work pants. Even when I move in two weeks, Ill still use this CD One.

I liked how they were quick to fix errors. But it would be better if my request were acknowledged when cleaning. So tht when I pick up my things they are ready to go. Not me having to complain about how my request were not met.
