I shopped around town for the best price on having a 2 piece suit dry cleaned. Local stores in Homewood and in the Southside area of Birmingham were asking anywhere between $13-$18 with a lengthier wait. $3 per item at Dry Clean City was a steal and they even offer new customers a free coupon for two items for the first visit so my total came to a whopping $0. Having never been to a dry cleaner before, I brought the suit in on my nice hanger and mistakenly left it so upon my return I was pretty bummed out. But, the kind lady at the front began looking for one I could take with me when the owner overheard her talking to me and offered me one of his nice wooden ones. Despite literally paying nothing, I was treated like their most important customer. I only wear my suit 2-3 times a year but they have won all of my infrequent business and I will be sending my friends and coworkers here in the future. Thanks guys!

I dont work near Dry Clean City anymore but I will drive from Ross Bridge all the way to Vestavia Hills just to dry clean there. Their dry cleaning and laundry is in house so the turnaround in getting your items back are fast. They actually look at the tags on your items to care for it properly, which I really appreciate. I had a dress with a metal strap that they couldnt dry clean because they couldnt cover the metal and guarantee it from getting damaged. Since you have to prepay for your dry cleaning, they gave me a credit for the dress that couldnt be dry cleaned. I also appreciate their newsletters informing me of upcoming specials and coupons. All my neighborhood dry cleaners dont do that, much less offer specials and coupons. Great service and friendly staff!

My account at Dry Clean City is in my husbands name, Kevin Williams. Dry Clean City has the best prices around, period. The customer service is good. I have a special request posted on my account to always button the third button of his shirts. This has always been customary at all dry cleaners, however, DCC discontinued doing this last year. I complained to Pete, the manager of the Vestavia Parkway location. It is now done about 70% of the time. Pete always addresses me by name and is quite pleasant. Overall, DCC is still a five star business. Did I mention I live about 24 miles away but still use DCC?

I cant speak for Dry Clean Citys cleaning business but we brought clothing for alteration that was not done according to my wifes specifications. The owner denied all responsibility. When I complained in his business he called the police. The only compensation he offered was store credit. He never reimbursed us for the clothing or refunded us our money. If anyone considers Dry Clean City for alterations I would strongly recommend putting what you want in writing and have them sign it.

I have been using Dry Clean City for about four years now. They are always very friendly and always get my clothes back to me perfectly pressed and on time. Their night drop option is super convenient. I have also used their alteration service with great results. And their prices cant be beat. I actually moved a few months ago, but still drive across town to use them as my dry cleaner. I highly recommend Dry Clean City!

This place is awesome. For the past 25 years I have been spending over $75 a week on dry cleaning at various cleaners. I now spend less than $25 a week at Dry Clean City in Vestavia. The staff and owners are very friendly and they do very good work. Once I needed a suit dry cleaned for an emergency business trip, and they went out of their way to do it for me on a Saturday.

We live in Trussville and switched our dry cleaners to Dry Clean City in Vestavia- we will never go back! We switched after my wife searched for better pricing for dry cleaning- now we pay 1/2 to 1/3 of the prices we paid at the old cleaners. Plus the 24 hour drop off is great and the service is always friendly! No complaints so far after about 6 months. Great business.

Dry Clean City is the BEST!!! Always friendly! Always the price I expect. And most importantly, always quality work! I tried two other dry cleaners nearer me, both claiming single price items. One DID NOT have single price items and were very expensive, not living up to what they claimed. The other didnt look at tags, didnt do what I asked and ruined a shirt.

Dry Clean City has the best prices for the best service in Vestavia. I have never had them lose or ruin a garment in the past three years. They have an awesome nighttime drop service and keep your credit card on file for you! They safety pin all your belts on so they dont get lost like at other cleaners. They are my favorite!

They do a great job and are incredibly reasonable. I have used them for 2+ years. All dry cleaners mess up sometimes. In my opinion its what dry cleaners do about the problem when they mess up. I recently had a minor issue and they admited they did wrong and fixed the problem. I would highly recommend them to anybody.
