This place is terrible, I have lost multiple articles here. Corporate will not call me back about it, and I send in shirts that are dirtier when I get them back. With a big yellow timeout sticker they say they couldnt get it clean but its clearly stained with starch. Again, corporate does not seem to except any responsibility for this branch which has officially ruined or lost around $130.00 Dollars worth or clothes. The phone is always busy, and when you do get ahold of them you either get hung up on or they put you on a half hour hold. Never go here, there are many better options in the neighborhood!

I hate poor customer service and I got just that. It was a young lady who was being extremely rude. She was on her phone the whole entire time. It was not like she was being discreet, with headphones on. She literally had her phone to her ear. She didnt allow me to tell her what I was trying to do with my articles. I asked her was she going to service me or continue to take her call. she looked at me really snobbish as I did something wrong, then she spoke in another language as she got off the phone. I then left I refuse to pay for poor customer service.

Bad pricing, bad cleaning and bad customer service. My clothes were not cleaned the last three visits. There was no apology, just come back tomorrow and well try again. Employees have changed and so has the good service. This will be my last visit. If you take my advise, go somewhere else. It will save you the hassle and money. One last thing - shirts are $1.79. They charged me $3.29 for a shirt and told me it wasnt a shirt. It was a shirt!

A long story short this Cleaner’s clearly damaged a garment of mines and, the manager Nil Patel hasn’t returned calls nor made the situation right. Ive returned home from out of town and, I will be taking the cleaner’s (PULASKI CLEANERS, INC.) and its owner Jwalit Patel to court. You don’t screw me around and get away with it. Save yourself a headache and take your business elsewhere.

They stretched out a sweater and they placed several spots on a pair of gray Girbaud jeans that did not have spots on the jeans when I dropped them off. To make matters worse both items were purchased less than a year ago. The sweater $50 the pants $78 and the manager offered me $35. Thats an insult.

Best experience ever!!! Not only was I able to get three coats cleaned for less than 12 bucks, I also was able to get them back the same day. Due to my non existence of a schedule CD made the impossible seamlessly. Kudos for finding the perfect recipe. Oh, by the way, thanks for the coffee.

Under New Management and since that change there has been new employees. In the last month I have had a lost Dress Shirt and jeans not ready for pick-up after 3 days (when it was promised the next day after 5pm). Im hoping there will not be a need to seek a different location.

Dry cleaning service was great and everything I expected. What was amazing was that I can drop my laundry off (think like before vacation) in the morning before work and its ready by the time Im done and its folded. Such a great concept, next step delivery.

Started out great. Cleaning service on a scale of 10 is a 2. Prices are high. Anything that has a stain, they cant clean and here goes the note on the garment. Almost every shirt thats starched you have to re iron. No more wasting money
